This is one shifty company. Marissa the owner comes off as a sweet lady, until she owes you money. I have done extensive work work for her when she had her office in Vancouver I was her eyes and ears here. Until she racked up a bill of over $2000 with me, now she doesn't return my call, better yet she picks up and hangs up. Beware of this woman, her staff is short lived also, maybe because she has such bad relations with her vendors. I have been a vendor for this company for over 2 years now and just in the last six months have realized that they are a real scam. Just to name a example I invoiced them $450 and they sent me $265 I don't know where the numbers come from but at Total Facility it make perfect sense. This company owes me over $11000 and they have no intention of paying it, I have left messages, emails, and voice mails. So I'm using this as my forum so that no other hardworking tradesman is taken by this fraud of a company. I hope this sheds some light on future vendors. Beware of them. read full review »

I contacted Roger Parekh from Greater New Jersey Mortgage company to Refinance my house around January 2009. I have been a regular customer and Smile Saver member at our local Sears portrait studio (in the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City, New York) since my older daughter was born 5 1/2 years ago. We have made no fewer than four or five trips there annually, often going eight or nine times in a single year. SenderScore.org should not be in business. It overcharges, under delivers, and does not honor its contractual services. The development of their work was slow and tedius with very little assistance on their part. It took forever to get someone to assist me. Then, when it was time for renewal, SenderScore automatically charged my credit card without my authorization. The main problem with Weblink India is their lack of reliability. While they certainly can design a site, once they have your money, they do not offer quality support for their product. Their product worked, but the architecture of the design was anything but trim and elegant. Rather it was weighed down with directories and sub-directories that had no purpose. I hired New Penn through an intermediary freight shipping agent called Freightquote.com to ship goods I sold to customers through my website. They badly damaged the 1st shipment. I submitted a damage claim. Just after I did so, New Penn reweighed the next shipment, already in their possession at that time, for nearly 3 times more than it actually weighed, causing me a bill 3 times higher than the original quote.
