This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won. Now they are doing a really bad job of cleaning our offices, cannot speak English, so we have not communication. Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. Cloud nine system made several visits which only made the intial situation worst. Cloud nine admitted on several occation that the problem was their fault and agreed to replace the carpet. i purchased an amigo plan card and registered the five numbers that i desired to call in the usa. I called one of the numbers after confirming the numbers were registered correctly. Being a new business, ladco never explained the options just that 58.80 a month would suffice what our needs for a credit card machine was. we will be paying over 2500.00 for a machine that costs us zero, with most comnpanies just for doing business with them.
