I have a negative experience with Bright House customer service. I am subject of their harassment with the purpose of extorting my money. They send me to collection services for no reason. I had to wait until the 2 Yr contract was up before cancelling and switching over to ATT. Three months later, I go and sell my old Verizon phone on Craig's list and the buyer calls back a few hours later saying Verizon has reported the phone as stolen and won't turn on her service. I was in a rebate program called "Glamour in You" endorsed by Frederick's of Hollywood and managed by Provell Inc. The rebates were very good until Provell cancelled my membership and lied and said that I called and cancelled myself! Two and a half weeks ago I hired Last Mile Moving Solutions to move me approximately 7 miles across town. Total cost of the move including them packing my belongings was $1, 200. During the move they destroyed a Sony 42" flat screen Bravia TV. I paid $3, 000 for the TV about 18 months ago. I have called the owner, Jeff Annett 18 times since the move.
