Do not sell anything to this company if you are a software provider. They will buy your software for one of their clients. Then they will issue a chargeback. You will get nailed with a chargeback and additional fees by your processor. I think this company has a history of doing this. They have done it to me and will do it to you. First, Mattress Giant won't take a new mattress back with tags on and mattress pad cover on it. As their return policy supposedly states that they will! The mattress isn't comfortable. A year or so ago someone Fraudulently used my credit card information to buy some flights. I thought it would be good to put a security freeze on my credit reporting accounts. I am now trying to remove the freeze to obtain a mortgage. My crime is that I have lost my PIN Number. Experian has no simple mechanism to obtain a new PIN.
