We bought our membership in 1998. We looked at two or three membership resorts in our general area. The best deal was a full membership with CCC and RPI for $2500.00 with annual dues of $325. The problem is that i was charged excessively for the month of June and got the bill in july Total volume MB--- 2026.49 so after removing the night usage between 2-8am i calculated i got only 573, 341 MB as usage so pls check why it was excessively charged for extra Rs 400 Pls do this adjustment in the current running amount or do pay back this amount. I was actually surprised to see that there are previous complaints about this unathourized withdrawing company. I was recently a victim of the scam in which they withdrew $69.00 from my account on Sept. 11th 2009. I called my bank compnay today after finding out about this from a statement and found out that they have done the same thing to me last month as well. I was reversed the overdraft fees i was subject to based on the result of this company withdrwing from my account without any consent. Adamstang2005 is a RUDE JERK who accidentally overcharges for shipping then gets mad that he has to return the money that he overcharged and said it was my fault and that he should be able to keep it. Had two failures with this junk. One where the clear plastic bowl suddenly split. Mfg. claims bowl is a maintainance item and requires periodic replacemet. Today the body split about an inch from the top. These failures have caused thousands of dollars of damage and should not be sold. Employees of the local UPS are no longer responsive or really reasonable towards the citizens of Sevier County. There used to be a time when the UPS would deliver packages by knocking on the door or leaving a note. Now the UPS employees since 2001 have been very lazy, leaving packages far from the front door of homes, leaving packages at the mailbox or delivering the wrong packages to homes they knew did not belong there. Are employees of the UPS on drugs or is it they just do not like certain customers? A job is a job whether they like someone or not. UPS makes a habit of allowing drivers to drop packages at apartments when the driver feels inclined to do so. I've received many, many info notices in the past. Organization for the event was terrible!!! Relatives of the competitors where not allowed into the VIP section in order to watch and motivate them. And there was only VIP sections or the street. We flew all the way to Cancun for that and were not allowed into the event. There is one Airtel office situated at Kamla Nagar, Delhi. Whenever we go there to submit our postpaid bills, they always tell that our system is down, you'll get your receipt within 48 hours. But they give receipt after 48 hrs. Because of this how many times I had to bear late fee amount of Rs 100. This is realy unexpectable. I baught a vodafone internation calling card(ICC) for US on 2nd May 2009. After enabling it for pinless dialing I used for calling to my relative in US. We have called this company many, many times to have our fax number taken off their list but we still get 4-5 page faxes every 2nd day which ties up our fax machine and wastes tons of ink. I have even called the office numbers and was told they wouldn't send any more BUT THEY STILL DO. We are so fed up with this company and I hope this complaint will help. They asked my pay $3500 for H1b and promised a employment within 4 weeks and return the $3500 on the fouth week upon getting a client job. Ink cartridges purchased from INKSELL.COM will CLOG & BRAKE your printer!! They will not replace the printer they brake and they will not accept returns on ink past 30 days that is defective. Do not buy "compatible" ink cartridges from them!! I'm out $300! When I called them about this problem they said I could return my unused cartridges... which turned out to be a LIE! I called today to get the proper address to send it to (and not throw it out) and they will not take it. I just didn't want the cartridges to end up in a landfill.
