I first paid $25 for this company's "bot" that automates many of the things that you need to do to play the Mobster game on MySpace.com. The bot worked fairly well for a couple of weeks but proved to be quite "buggy". However, the real crime came when I signed up for their "Death Train" which promises to kill an opponent of your choice 3000 - 7000 times in 31 days, if you pay $15. Order was placed on 09/02/09 and they charged to my credit card immediately. As shipment was not made, I sent them 3 emails on 09/14/09, 09/15/09 and 09/18/09 requesting the order status and advising them that if items cannot be shipped to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I purchased a 35' Proline Express with a 7.3 KW genset factory installed by Proline. Proline management tells me that when the boat was designed the Kohler factory rep. was standing there watching them installing it and gave it's position, placement and installation his blessing. Called several times to obtain a mailing address to send my complaint to. No such luck. Was on hold for over 20 minutes, then decided to leave message and was disconnected. I was overcharged to what was origional binding estimate based on company's personel at my place. I was told that the discount is not valid on the date of my move so I have been overcharged. I purchased a cancer policy from aflac in 1990. It was SUPPOSED to provide a one-time payment based on the age of the policy. Shortly thereafter, I had a non-cancerous tumor removed.
