I have a Fridge that no longer works, it has been like this for 10 days. I went to ask to have it fixed on the 29th of August. They told me they would come on Sunday, then i got a call that they didn't have the piece and would come in on Monday or Tuesday and would head to my home to fix the problem on those days. I paid $4200 for a new furnace from Weber and Grahn, but when it arrived it was already defective (Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace with a wrong part). Do not buy anything from Weber and Grahn. This man was called to fix my furnace, which was not working. He came out and worked on it and replaced a part that cost over $500. The furnance started up and ran while he was here. The next day, it shut down again. He came out twice and looked at it, but never fixed it. He left me in the cold with a non-working furnace. One of the worst places to eat during your visit in manitowish. When my family and I went there to have breakfast, the waitress wasn't the most friendly, service was slow, food was expensive etc. When we asked what was taking so long, the waitress replied with "we only have one cook working in the kitchen" which isn't our problem since we didn't go there to get slow service. We bought the expensive twin sized Aero Bed pillow-top with the quick-inflate pump. The first one broke after 3 seconds - did not complete its cycle of inflating the bed, nor would it switch to deflate. We took it back to Bed Bath & Beyond and they switched it out, no problem. Tonight I tried the 2nd one - this pump would not even start at all. I am taking it back tomorrow and will try to get another manufacturer's bed, or our money back. Those folks seem to lack any sense of consumer relations. After paying for a maintenance program online, I never received a license in key -- so I'm unable to use the product. My emails to "Support" requesting a key have been totally ignored. There seems to be no support available. I usually know that when the signal is on to not go around. I had to jump on the breaks as to not hit the tail end of the bus.
