Attempted to use payphone near visitor center at Mammoth Cave National Park. Charged call to Mastercard. Call went through, wife could hear me, I could not hear her. She hung up. I called operator on same phone, she could hear me, I could not hear her. She made a statement along the lines of "no response on the line, operator terminating call". Went into the Mammoth Cave Hotel, found another payphone, had all the same labels as the one outside. Call operator, a man asked what number I called. Next thing I hear is the phone ringing. False advertising on web & in booklets. Concorde Glass ad claims privacy rating of 8. Not true. Our sidelites contain 50% clear glass. My router is under warantee and have had a couple of issues with it, but when I called Linksys for service, their Tech "lady" who spoke poor English, kept me on the line for 1 1/2 hours for troubleshooting before determining the router was defective. Fishman productions is running a scam. They run many compnaies that are "wholly owned subsidiaries" of Fishman Productions, which seems to be owned by Jeff Fishman. I received their product set it up and could not receive a signal. Skyway USA told me I could receive a signal at my address. I hired their installer and he could not get a signal. The company told me to return the merchandise for a refund. I had to pay Fedex and insure the stuff. Three weeks later they charged me another $95.55 for a cancelation fee. I am out $253.90 original for equipment (no refund), $86.00 for Fedex fees to send it back, and $95.55 for opening the box before I canceled. Total I am out $435.45 and nothing to show for it. FedEx Ground it's a terrible company to do business with. They shouldn't even be in this business. Agriculture is probably better suited for them! It took them a 11 days to deliver a package which UPS would've delivered in two days. They claim to have made several attempts to deliver the package to a business location, but all the attempts were after 6pm, or much later. I was charged $49.95 from accessing a payday loan website. Once I requested a refund, they promised to mail it within 30 days. 30 days later, no refund. Finally I called back and was told within 7-10 days they could refund my money back into my account. Well 7 days later from getting that refund (amazingly), I was charged by another company GrantPro. Apparently, once you request a refund they sell your information to other companies to get your continue to charge you fraudelant charges. Even fake check numbers. This is a pain.
