BE CAREFUL -- We ordered a couple of bins from this company for garbage and they were the most unorganized, misleading company we have ever dealt with. They dont keep proper records of deposits (if you do give them a deposit get a receipt) Also they changed the price on us after they realized they owed us money back. Tropical Pools by Dana I would not recommend them to any person considering on having a pool built by her. I have had nothing but problems with her. My pool leaked, the spa leaked, the concrete cracked all over. The plaster in the spa had to be removed and re-plastered. I paid this company $675 to call 300 leads and set a minimum of 1 appointment and several callbacks. The initial list was of individuals who were not qualified within the parameters i was told ($250k liquid assets). Attempted to use payphone near visitor center at Mammoth Cave National Park. Charged call to Mastercard. Call went through, wife could hear me, I could not hear her. She hung up.
