I subscribed to Bead Stlye Magazine and the service has been very poor, my magazines are late or do not arrive at all. Bead Style is a magazine that I had not seen in the stores and it looked very interesting on the internet, but it has a large percentage of advertizing.The magazine is now avaialable in stores much earlier than I get my copy. I purchased my first pair of Taryn Rose shoes only to find that the footpad region on both shoes and entire heel pad on the right was peeling off to reveal the inside of the shoe (shoes were not worn--came like this right out of the box). AT&T has been seeling faulty Sony Ericson w580i's. Many people have ha dthe same problem, where it shuts off and will not restart. Nothing fixes it and there is no knowledgable cause. This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can. I have been using Airtel Wireless service for the last 7 months and my tariff plan was Rs 799/- All of a sudden this month I have been sent a bill of Rs 2838. I tried to do business with this company, but they were never around. I tried to order a sauna from them, but could never talk to anyone (or engage in the online chat) to place the order. Long time customer of LL Bean! Lack of recent customer service will deter me from continuing to buy their products. I bought an .entertainment center that turned out to be damaged because It was left out in the rain by UPS.
