Do not buy from Cricket wireless- their customer service is non-existent and they do not help you after you buy their product. When their product would not work on my computer - the broadband A600 - they refused to reimburse me the activation even though there was NO activation. What a rip-off. Since 18 May 09 when for no reason my phone was deactivated I have had nothing but problems with this company. The phone was for business and was listed in advertising. When they finally reactivated the phone they had changed the number. "We're sorry for any inconvenience". Then I discovered the phone wasnt recieving calls. Again they changed the phone number on me. Watch out and watch your mail. Ordered Aqua Globe s and a few weeks later got what looked like a refund check for $8.25. Not that out of the ordnary in days of rebates but this was a scam. In the fine print on the check it said that if I cashed the check I would be allowing them to debit my credit card for $149.99 for something called "Great Fun" a discount service that I would never use. I called suddenlink 4 weeks back, and they said they would have to add our house to their records, and that would take a week. It took 3 weeks for that to happen, and when the installation was scheduled, they found that there was no suddenlink cable box near our house to give connection to. Now, I am trying to get a date from them for installation and after 4 calls, there is no idea of when or what is going to happen. Some say they will get back to me, and never get back. Others say, they need to get update from head office. The customer support people do not seem to be interested in the customer at all. read full review »

Love my bed, but not being able to sleep on it for three weeks was not right. I called to order a replacement air cushion and was told that it would take 7-10 days for delivery. So I paid an extra $20 for 2 day delivery. Of course that's 2 days after the 2 days it takes to ship it out. When I got it I broke a hose fitting while trying to install it. Guess what? 7-10 days to deliver a small plastic fitting. 8 days later I received the fitting(s). Yes 4 fittings. All of them the same size. Wow well i just wanted to say that this has got to be the worst company ever to contract for web development. I cancelled my Broadstripe cable 6/16/09 and had paid for the month of June in advance, so I had a credit. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get my money back. Instead, I was sent a credit statement. When I called, I was told it would take another 6-8 weeks to actually get my money! Why didn't they tell me this when I called the first time? The blu company is absolutely ridiculous. They took almost a month to ship the product. Then, it sits in North Carolina for a week before it was even sent over here to nevada. After the frustrating week or so of having to see that my package has never even left North Carolina, it finally makes it here to Las Vegas. I've been there as well, but what I'm trying to figure out is, who and what are these people, they can be from these EARTH, because it takes certain kind of people to sit at a phone and call people a person and speak to them as if they are not human. Next thing is, How in Gods name do they think they will accomplish anything by there actions. No wonder they are hurting. Probably on the verge of Bankruptcy. U-Save initially breached by failing to provide the Aveo, and instead providing a Corolla, which is more expensive to fuel. They quoted my $300 and then they said that there are scratches on the screen and on the back. It's a 2 year old laptop and there will be some wear and tear. Now the second offer is exactly the half of original qoute. If you don't want to sell at that price then you have to pay shipping of $20 plus there's no gaurentee of getting it back in same condition as you shipped. I wish to retract the statement I made on this website regarding BankCard Empire swindling me out of $5000, plus an additional $250, plus $19.95/mo. I have found out that the company that was responsible for doing this was AIG who is a marketing company who markets for companies like BankCard Empire, and I thought they were one in the same. I bought several items from NY & Co, and tried to return an item, and they had changed their policy to a 60 day policy - there was no sign in the store or any warning of this change, that I am aware of. It had been probably a few days over 60 days, but other retail stores typically give you 90 days to return items. They also had a little bit of an attitude about it. This medical practice is extremely unhelpful. The problem lies with the front office manager. Last year (2008)I used WMI Commercial for "dumpster" drop off and collection. The standard WMI Commercial policy is "Payment in advance of services". Each time WMI dropped off a dumpster they would (prior to dropoff) collect the full amount of the bill. The single least effective workout video I have ever tried. I wore a heart rate monitor during the "cardio burn and sculpt" and the highest my heart rate got was 60% of max. I have been a client of this company's now for several years and I wish I could say was a supporter. We unfortunately have signed a long term contract at my institution but this company's products - specifically the goalquest tools - do not work and the support is terrible. A few years ago, we decided to use goalquest to try and help us with retention and enrollment yield but nothing they produce ever works quite right. There are always glitches and then when you complain, their policy is to tell you that's what happens with the internet technologies. It's not a good way to run a business. read full review »

Theft of services. This company Futureranking.com does not pick up the phone if you call them and try to talk to their technicians. The receptionist Brian is just a decoy standing in front of closed curtains with nothing behind them. There are no real technicians who you can talk with about your website other than the salesmen on the phone who calls you and tells you he can guarantee you number 1 rankings on Google. All they do is give you bad keywords and then tell you to put them in your content. Then they SPAM your website to the search engine every month. These are literally the most imcompetent people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They made a good first impression when I called them out for a second opinion on my a/c but then it was steadily downhill from there. Every time they gave me a window of time that they would arrive, they were late and I would have to call them. They told me to give them 24 hrs notice to schedule my new a/c installation and they would have everything ready. You should never move into any apartment community that tells you they Have DircPath as the communications provider. It is the worst company and how the owners of apartment complex's got into these contracts will never be understood. The DirecTV service is fine but DirecPath owns the equipment on site and it kept working. Their techs will tell you that they have not upgraded the equipment and you are just out of luck. We bought almost $2000 of appliances from Sears. The $75 rebate and discounts made Sears a better choice to buy at. When I specifically asked about how the rebate would be sent, i.e. would I get cash; not one of those idle promises, the salesman told me absolutely it would be a check for cash.
