I signed up for DSL internet service from att in April, 2009. I was given two forms that would allow me to receive a $50 rebate debit card for signing up and an additional rebate of $80 in the form of a check for the modem rebate. Service 1st Restoration & Remodeling in the Harrisburg Pa area was contracted to work on my home. They billed me for materials and labor that I did not receive, the work they did was shoddy and things began to fall apart after a few months, I called the company for several months but could not get anyone to call back. I booked a limo for my daughter's 10th bday two weeks in advance. Followed up with a phone call two days before event day. They called on the morning 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there and simply said 'we need to cancel your ride", no concern, no back up limo, no manager available to talk to me, no response back to my phone calls or emails. This company is a resume writing company. The company claims that they are dedicated to superior service and customer satisfaction. NOT TRUE! When purchasing a resume package from them they do not deliver on everything they guarantee. I recently had a Sony television break down and because the company I bought it from, Tweeter, is no longer in business, my warranty was unfortunately being held by The Warranty Group. Telephone scam. My Verizon account is being charged an additional $42.75 per month for a non existent directory listing on the internet. One of my employees was tricked into verifying our address and phone information. When I saw this charge on my bill, I looked up both these companies and could find not even find any listings. I Purchased a Cal Flame grill, made by Calspas, along with components from Carribean Pools and Spas. The purchase was made solely as the result of Cal Flame's "Lifetime Component Warranty". Fat cow hosting has never disclose what the charge for each products they have, till you have sign up and log in to the control panel, the most frustrating thing is requesting refund. They will deducted 50-60% of your sign up fee and tell you certain products was not refundable, and they are not listed in the terms and condition.
