We ordered a used Crown RC30 forklift which Scott said had 1614 hours on the hour meter. I then called to get the forklift serial number, and the Crown dealer said the lift has 9603 hours on it a week before when it was in for service. Somehow, the hour meter changed from 9603 to 1614 hours in a week. I called Scott and tried to cancel the order, but they would not refund my $500.00 deposit, and denied the hour meter fraud. We used them for our last move. The lies started with their salesman that came to our home. And the lies did not stop there. DO NOT SIGN anything with these people before checking out all the fine print and asking what their terminology means. What is (to you) just an estimated quote - to them becomes a binding contract. And if the sales person tells you you are only responsible for the weight section unless they pack you---this is NOT TRUE. They have lied to us through the whole process. Good Evening, I have been trying to get my refund from tiger direct for over 2 weeks now and my efforts have failed. I received my product poorly packaged and damaged. Invicta does a massive amount of business on ShopNBC. I am a new comer to the watch scene and purchased two Invicta watches during the television shows. After less than three months wear on both watches, one fails to keep time and looses hours a day, while the other one is defective due to a very large piece of glue or adhesive that has broken off the watch dial. I’ve been shopping at Harris Teeter for 9 years now. Their in store staff is great, selection is good and they keep their stores clean. I took my car to Purrfect Auto to get a diagnosis of my engine to check the compression because it lost power and has rough idle. I tried changing the spark plugs, but could not remove because they were too tight. They told me in order to complete the diagnosis, they would need to remove the valve cover and would cost another $150. I said to do it. Aftrer numerous problems with the service (not getting reception, then the Telstra software update corrupted our wireless card and then after posting items to telstra to be replaced they weren't replaced with the correct items) which were often 'fixed' with credits being applied to our account, we have endured one final injury. I purchased an anti-virus software program online from Herman St. The program is called BitDefender. Gradually my PC started to act up and get slower and slower. The program I use to connect to work stopped working. I didn't realize that BitDefender was the problem until I had tried all kinds of things. Once I uninstalled BitDefender my problems went away. This is a site that sells a World of Warcraft bot but it does not work. The seller of RHABOT is unscrupulous at best, continuing to lead people to believe the bot works when in fact it does not. He offers a 5 day trial of RHABOT, but RHABOT requires the use of innerspace.
