I contracted with Elite Movers in Las Vegas, Nevada to move my household goods from California to Colorado. I was told they would deliver to my address in Colorado within ten days of a date that I chose. They cam out and gave us an outrageous price of 300.00 for a room, then said there were no guarantees though their company always guarantees. Debbie Brooks sold us bags wholesale a few years ago. After about a year we marked down the four bags that we had left in our inventory. I received this unit, a Flexwriter II CD/DVD Publisher in January of 2009, and I've had nothing but problems with it. The purpose of the unit is to burn and print up to 230 CDs and DVDs unattended. Spring hill lake complex is a place not renting. they are a jerk. On June 4 2009 I purchased the Antbytes Audio: Instant Download Karaoke voice removal software for $10.00 from the above website. As soon as the money was cleared by Paypal immediately the software was sent to me through email. I downloaded and followed the instruction but it did not work. I purchased 4 items from Menard's on June 3, 2009. These items were for the repair and replacement of a broken sump pump. As it turned out my pump was only jammed and did not need replacement. I tried to return the items to the store only to be told I would not get a refund. I did not have the receipt and they said they could not find any copy of it in their files and that in fact they had not sold any of these items during the month of June. On the website I ordered a 14-day trial of Rez2000. I did not realize at the time that I was approving a monthly shipment of this product at the cost of $87.00. When I received the 1st monthly shipment and a bill for $87.00, I called and was told I had signed up for this when I ordered the trial supply. I bought a Tumi backpack based on the lifetime warranty claim. At the time I bought it, they offered lifetime. But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee". The service and support is not a good match for their price! The DVD set was not pristine, as advertised. It was infact copied from a TV with a video camera held by a viewer, not by a cable connection. Quality is poor. Of the 11 DVD one is a copy of another. I accepted a plan from AOL where you get the first 10 hours free and then so much thereafter per month until you cancel. Well I only needed for a few weeks until my new high speed internet servcie was installed by a different provider. I do online school so I needed something to get connected for a short time. Neither do we know who or what this is, nor did we use any of their service. This company is slick in it's so-called services. Yes I did agree to a $2.95 charge over the phone, but never agreed to any future billing. I even asked for the amount they were going to bill me, and I believe his name was Gerome assured me only $2.95 was going to be billed, untill a phone interview was done, which I never completed. After my third negative experience in the store I knew it wasn't an accident or anomaly. 1. Owner or proprietor (middle aged male with glasses) yelled at me for buying only shipping tape to leave pre -paid UPS parcel. DO NOT do business with IMC Media Group (aka IMC, Inc). They take 1/2 to 3/4 of the project cost up front and do not complete the work. The developer is rude and non responsive. I had been with 011 communications phone company for more than 2 years. In October 2008 I went over my bill and realized that insted of 7.9 cents per minute I was charged 21.9 cent!!! On 6/8/09 I signed an agreement with them to pack/load my household goods on 6/22 and 6/23/09 so my house would be vacant on the closing date of 6/25/09.
