This is the only info, in regards to the name, that I have. No other info offered on website. I ordered, on May 22, the DVD collection. Their site states 7-10 business days. After several emails with no communication from these folks, i threatened them with the Attorney General's office. They sent me a notification of a tracking number from USPS, last week, but as of today; the package has not been sent. I am out $60 with no recourse. Could someone please help me wit these folks? I bought a computer motherboard from a local Bolton company scan.co.uk. This went faulty after a year(it had a 2-3 year warranty on it). I followed their returns procedure at the beginning of the year and they confirmed the item was faulty and would send it off to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. On 5/28/2009 I was looking for teeth whiteners online. This sight popped up with a risk free trial only pay shipping of $6.95. Atlantis promised an apartment on a certain date, and on that date calls up to say that it can't be let out. This incidentally has happened twice over the week. I saw an ad for this company called Junk Mail Blasters. The way they explained it, once I signed up and paid $54 USD I would soon be getting work through them. The work was pretty basic. I used DELSYM cough suppressant last night for the first time and used it exactly the way the label on the bottle instructs. This company performs two functions, taxes and property management. The property management team is incompetent, does not communicate with tenants regarding repairs or problems and has little to no business ethics. When repairs are addressed, they are poorly tended to with low quality work, and it takes weeks for them to even reply to complaints. I purchased iCopy after I received an unsolicited email from Movavi.com to backup my new 3GS iPhone. (A Cucusoft product I purchased before did not work) However, iCopy also did not work on my Vista Ultimate HP Media Center machine. It NEVER discovers the iPhone (3GS). Checked my E-mail last Friday and found the majority of my inbox messages said " unavailable" all dated 12/31/2069 7:00pm. I had 627 sent messages that stated the same. Spoke with cox and followed their instructions to disconnect this and reconnect that and check this...finally they remotely got in my email on their system and found it was their problem not mine. I have found other people this happened to but there has been no fix or call backs to update me on the status of this HUGE problem.
