Bell Canada had included a $150 charge for allegedly breaking a 2 year contract that was allegedly made when they called me at home to offer me a lesser monthly charge. Of course the act of making a contract by accepting their offer was never mentioned during this phone call, and therefore the existence of an alleged contract was unknown to me, until I had decided to cancel Bells services on moving to a new home. I called the customer care to know whether i can use an STD docomo number under friends and family member offer. The guy said i can use any number of docomo network(STD/Local) but i can use only one number. So i tried to activate the offer my sending an SMS as "FF <mobilenumber>"[without quotes]. I have used the docomo number only in the SMS and i send it to the 121 as the customer care guy said. But i got the following strange reply "Sorry the SR cannot be raised for this profile". My 4 children purchased a Die Hard portable power unit for me on my birthday in September of 2009. It worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. With the unit full charged, it would only work for about 15 minutes and then made a loud humming sound and the ERR mode would come on the screen and the unit would then shut off. I recently had multiple blackberry failures with problems ranging from distorted speaker audio to "initialization failures". For some reason HSBC would decline the transaction every time they would attempt to make payment, HSBC stated that their fraud prevention system automatically declined this. Mothernature.com has great products for good prices, but they are very slow to mail items. This is the second time they have waited 2 weeks or more to ship my order. I tried cancelling the order because I needed the vitamins asap, but they say it's "in process" and can't be cancelled.
