I was billed on my personal credit card for this service as well as future charges were to be made for additional services this company is associated with WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I found the charge on my credit card and the representative said that my wife authorized the on-line charge of $39.95 for this service. At no time did my wife or anyone else authorized to use the card allow this charge to be made. The rep on the phone kept asking personal questions to "verify my account" information which only led me to believe they never... read full review »

Wolfgang Puck Bistro Cookware Collection
J. Crisologo July 1, 2009
Buyers Beware of Wolfgang Puck Bistro Cookware!!! I received three Wolfgang Puck Bistro pans as a gift from a friend. She did not provide me with a user's manual or set of instructions for use for the cookware. About two months ago, I was boiling hot water for tea in my Wolfgang Puck Bistro sauce pan as I was getting ready for an event and had forgotten about the boiling water. When I had returned to the kitchen, the water had boiled out and the pan was very hot, so I tried to remove the pan from the heat source. As I wa... read full review »

If you do not renew their hosting - they shut me off without warning though their terms of service says 90 days, 30 days, 45 days - they submitted an invoice and emailed me to pay within 7 days but when I asked to negotiate the price - they took it for granted that I might not renew and shut off all my emails and websites within 2 days even before I could take a decision - high handedness and very poor business ethics - they dont have any contact details - no address, no phone numbers, nothing - virtually no information about where they are operating from. BEWARE and DONT USE THIS COMPANY. read full review »

OAN Services Inc. Greentree data Verizon
Harry Chand June 30, 2009
My May and June Verizon home telephone bills include surprise charges from OAN Services Inc. The website provided on the Verizon bill does not take me to their company. It is not in service. I called the OAN number on my Verizon bill and their offices were closed for the day. I am going to have to spend time to complain and get my money back. I noticed another person had the same complaint on this board. Based on what I read here and elsewhere on the when this company is a fraud and Verizon should stop allowing this company to bill. read full review »

This is a classic bait and switch scam. The sales rep, Michael Warren, called my company up a month back and promised that we would be at the top of Google 24 hours a day. Now, A month later I received a call saying that my campaign was costing too much money and that they needed more money from me to stay there or they would cancel me. This is true bait and switch, they offered me placement and then when they couldn't perform as promised asked for more money. Don't get fooled! read full review »

I was looking for a Garmin GPS system, and found a ridiculously low price on it on this site- in fact, it was almost $100 less than the average price online. I was foolish enough to fill out the registration form (hopefully they can only do so much with my email and name), and was about to purchase the item when I saw that they only accept Moneygram (wire transfer), immediately which I knew it was a scam. Also, I checked where they were based in, and it was somewhere in Switzerland (probably doesn't exist there!) NEVER send any money via wire transfer unless you know them personally. read full review »

AVS MEDIA is guilty of on line fraud!! I had a trial of their Video Tools package (which actually seems like a good product) and purchased it for about $40 on line. For the last 3 weeks have been emailing twice a day to support and sales asking for a registration key for the product that I purchased. No response. They even have a support form for resending a registration key which I have filled out 8 times with no response. No registration key. The product is unusable as I have it now. It turns out not only is the site down for excedding bandwidth, the same thing holds true for every ad under (day job killer) and dayjobkiller. A link to google right here proves it. I'm not sure if this officially counts as a scam but I thought people should know about his. A company called Webloyalty.com apparently provides discounts to online shoppers.
