Just a quick heads up for anyone looking for web hosting. Be VERY wary of 1planhost.com.

Merrill Datasite
I am now an ex user of Merrill Datasite due to their inflexibility to work with you.
They have a decent product (although after doing some further research, there are now one or two players in this market who have better functionality and usability than datasite now) but they are very expensive for what you get, especially when you have other providers giving higher levels of service with better pricing and just as much functionality. Biggest annoyance is you have to use their viewer to do everything which I hate and you can Print Screen... read full review »

One Nation Van Lines LLC
This company was sub-contracted by Orbit Van Lines. They picked up my items in Pittsburgh, Pa. a day early (if I waited for the move date I would have to pay extra) was told by driver that my stuff would leave for NJ and be given to Orbit for loading on a truck to start across country. I was given a bill of lading with One Nation's name on it (which they were upset "You shouldn't have our papers" they claim they were only doing a favor for Orbit. I was also asked to put down a time frame for delivery, which I did. They tried... read full review »

TSL Telemarketing
DO NOT WHATSOEVER order any leads from TSL or provide this company with a check or anything of the sort. They lied about the actual leads they provide. I supposedly purchased "clean" health leads from from these losers. The first lady I called had cancer and crones disease and was not expecting my call. The next two as bad. The second one was the manager of Pets Mart who had group insurance. The third one was a guy who just got out of jail the day before. I could go on about the next day's leads but suffice to say they were worse... read full review »
Gap - Old Navy - Banana Republic
I wanted to see if anyone else got screwed over by Old Navy, Gap, or Banana Republic when they changed their return policy and didn't tell anyone. They should have posted it on their website where people would actually see it, or print it on the receipt, or email everyone in their customer base. Customer Service told me to write it to the head of Gap Inc. Here's his info:

GB COURIER
I have a parcel from UK GB COURIER with tracking number GBC113506UK. My friend paid 650 pounds. The parcel passed through UK-Germany-Kuala Lumpur-Saudi Arabia as the final destination. Vetah Binti Leggau told me to pay $2, 100 so that my parcel will be handed to me. I paid the said amount via Western Union thinking that it was handled the following day as they promised. The parcel was with them since June 26, 2009 and I paid last June 30, 2009. Until now the parcel is not within my hand. They told my parcel is at Anti-Terrorist Department but... read full review »

This morning (03-July) I went to purchase afew bottles of herbal drinks for my family. Amazed to found out that there were some arguments going on in the herbal drink store. There was this China auntie (I presume her to be from China due to her accent and let’s name her A) quarreling with another rather plumb-size auntie (let’s name her B).
At some point of time (while I was choosing the herbal drinks), the A even threaten to fight with the B. But to my surprise, I noticed that the B did not retaliate yet came to my... read full review »
AT&T Rewards For Referrals
I signed up with AT&T Referrals a little over a year ago. During the first few months I referred 3 family members and received prepaid visa cards totaling $75 ($25 for each referral).
A few months ago I referred my brother and put him on my referral list at the AT&T website. They were supposed to send him an email with a link for my referral info so he could click on it and order. The problem was he had no ISP at the time and couldn't receive emails. He gave me his Yahoo account info so I could access his emails. One day I... read full review »

Was approached in January, 2009 promising me they would set me up on a website of my own where I would be making 3 to $500.00 a month to start out within 3 months. They told me I would have a private coach to walk me through it. After 4 months and still no money, the private coach told me she would not be calling any more. She said I would have to call the company to get directions. Everytime I would call, I would either get voice mail or if I did get to talk to someone, they would transfer me from one dept to another with no results. At thi... read full review »
Sears/ GE dryer
Last March, (2008), I bought four appliances from Sears. I only picked up three of them then, but because I lost a receipt, I did not go to pick up the fourth until a month ago (May 2009). I had lost track of my receipt.
Finally, last month I brought my self to Sears, with a receipt I found for the dryer. I found the receipt, and they disbelieve me.
They have no record of my purchase, since they don't keep records for more than a year. I have tried for a month to get this resolved, explaining to them that sometimes my AS cause... read full review »

KSFM Radio
Our Company has bought Radio Advertising for 36 years. Since we travel throughout the country, we understand the need for payment in advance. Whenever a mistake has taken place the vast majority of stations have made reasonable adjustments. Our experience with KSFM Radio was just the opposite. Parts of our radio buy included a live remote. In addition to KSFM we also bought commercials and a remote on KDND. When KSFM saw a second station present they terminated their remote. They claim they do not perform remotes when another station i... read full review »

Babies"R"Us
The return policy at babies r us is unbelievable. If you register there you have to make sure to ask all your guests to provide gift reciepts incase you get doubles, but how tacky is that? I myself find it rude it's like saying "Just incase I don't like it" They will not return exchange or give you a merchendise credit w/o a reciept. And they claim they can look it up if it was purchased through the registry but half the time the cashiers don't do it right or for whatever reason it doesn't go through so there is no way for them to look the purchase up. Completely unsatisfied. Will NEVER shop there again. read full review »
Yellow Books
I received my yellow book yesterday and was appalled by the skimpiness of the book. You almost need a magnifying glass to read anything in it. The book is about 1/3 the size of last years, probably a little bit larger than a childs coloring book. There were about 20 coupons in the book last year, now there are about six coupons. I guess they're really cutting corners with the economy and everything. I guess this is what you get when you elect the socialist Obama into the White House, not only does the economy fail, but consumers have to... read full review »

Tumi
I bought a Tumi backpack based on the lifetime warranty claim. At the time I bought it, they offered lifetime. But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee".
The service and support is not a good match for their price! If this is the way they treat loyal customer, I am not going to stay with them, and would not suggest anyone to buy a Tumi. read full review »
Battlefield Ford
I own an F250 which is having a turbo problem. The vehicle has 97, 000 miles on it and the motor has a 100, 000 mile warranty - so time is of the essence in getting this repaired under the warranty. I went to Battlefield Ford and was told that they refuse to work on my vehicle. Ford said that all dealerships are independent and can refuse service to anyone they want to. We ordered a used Crown RC30 forklift which Scott said had 1614 hours on the hour meter. I then called to get the forklift serial number, and the Crown dealer said the lift has 9603 hours on it a week before when it was in for service. Somehow, the hour meter changed from 9603 to 1614 hours in a week. I called Scott and tried to cancel the order, but they would not refund my $500.00 deposit, and denied the hour meter fraud. Scott then said he held the forklift in question for me because of our $500.00 deposit, and because they could not sell it while it was being held, they would take my money and not refund it. read full review »
Mayflower
We used them for our last move. The lies started with their salesman that came to our home. And the lies did not stop there. DO NOT SIGN anything with these people before checking out all the fine print and asking what their terminology means. What is (to you) just an estimated quote - to them becomes a binding contract. And if the sales person tells you you are only responsible for the weight section unless they pack you---this is NOT TRUE. They have lied to us through the whole process. They are very hard to get to return calls once they have delivered your furniture. Please warn everyone you know who is getting estimates for moving. read full review »
Cleartel Connunications
I cancelled my service on May 6, 2009. I RELUCTANTLY accepted the fact that Cleartel does NOT pro-rate service, so I would still have to pay for the balance of May. Interestingly -- OTHER phone carriers only bill you for the period you use their services.
I had been making my payments via electronic funds transfer -- but having cancelled the service on MAY 6, advised them that I would send a CHECK for the final payment. Well lo and behold, when JUNE 6 came, they took the payment from my checking account. Meanwhile -- I sent a check for... read full review »

The apartments are all hard wired for the service but all of the geniuses in customer service can not put your address in the system. Don't be fooled by the U-Verse pre-wiring in the closet save yourself days of aggravation and time by just going with direct tv or dish network. 4nocash.com
Hello, a few months ago I joined a points-based DIY site, 4nocash.com. I tested it out by joining a trial offer through them, and they sent a small gift card. I then did a couple bigger offers, and requested a $100 gift card through their site. I didn't recieve it after 2 months, so I e-mailed them to ask the status. 3 e-mails later, no reply and my account login doesn't work. I can't find any address or phone #, and they don't respond to my e-mails. I'm not too upset about it, you win some you lose some, but this one is a "lose some" site. read full review »

Be sensible enough not to get scammed, since you will be making pennies for first two months and then nothing happens with your earnings. I wonder why people put up scam sites like 3500 weekly.
Let me explain. The site offers to add contentes and create a site for you if you host with hostgator. Beware... there is nobody out there to promote a site for you for $25, which will earn you two figures from google adsense, if you know the current situation in adsense. read full review »
