I have been reading some the complaints posted this week. It would be interesting to know from some you what the initial startup package cost was quoted to you. From what I'm reading everyone's startup or initial cost was different. I switched to Verizon because of my experience with the wireless services I received from Verizon. But I may have to reconsider my options going forward. Here is my situation. I placed an order on 22 Jun, 11:03 PST, I paid for 3 day delivery. The item sat in the wearhouse for 35 hours before being shipped, it is scheduled to be deliverd on Friday, the 4th day. I contacted Costumes for less and they responded with an e-mail that they were within their shipping policy. I read their policy, id does not state that they have 24 hours to ship. Per their web site "The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it..." Yodle harassed me day after day by cold calling my small business telling me they were affiliated with Google and my business couldnt afford not to have an internet campaign that would bring me so much new business. Their bull sht sounded so good I gave my credit card # and the have charged me over 1500.00, built a cheap cookie cutter web site and I havent gotten (1) additional customer in over 90 days. I signed up with Sprint when I moved to a new residence about five years ago, was told I could also have a cell phone at no upfront cost and would receive only regular monthly bills starting on a certain (reasonable) date. I keep detailed notes on everything, date, time, who I spoke to, what was said, etc. I learned to do that when I was in law enforcement. My mother is 87 years old and disabled. A sales person knocked on her door and talked her into getting bundled with AT&T Uverse saying it would save money. Well, she got bundled all right---to the tune of having sporadic to non existant phone service, no TV. She had 3 large unmanageable boxes sitting on cardboard behind her TV. Well, I thought I was a little smarter than this but guess what, I got sucked in too. I called my credit card company and found out that there was two charges applied to the account within 20 minutes of each other. First the $1.95 plus tax and then another for67.62. The terms of the agreement allow you one day to change your mind and in B.C. you have 10 days to change your mind on any contract. I have been doing business with this company for years.. they started paying slow and had some trouble like many businesses did last year. They have a new way of paying consignors and it is faster than any other auction company around. At least they have done something about it. I was not owed any money they always kept me current. Hi, just want to warn people about Hotel Collect. I also tried to book with them and had my credit card charged, but no voucher arrived. I am unable to contact them as their phone numbers don't exist, and they have not replied to any e-mails. A verbal confirmation is wothless, as you need a written voucher to present to the hotel that you booked. With numerous complaints about this site, people should avoid it. I just got a call, at home, from them. Told them not to call and hung up... THEY CALLED ME BACK and proceeded to berat me for hanging up on them! they said I requested inf- never did. I stumbled across this site when searching for an Xbox using BizRate. They have some prices that are insanely low and some prices that are average. You can change the currency between Euros and US dollars, but it's still really low prices on some items. Don't get ripped off like I did. The Keyword XRAY folks along with the RichJerk.com crowd did not deliver DVDs of the XRAY training as promised throughout the training.
