I returned an unopened modem in the same package it was sent to me. I followed their requirements for return items and sent it UPS return. They refused to refund my money, saying the item was damaged. They did not notify me nor UPS of any damages. I called to check after 30 days of waiting for my refund only to have them tell me the item had been destroyed, it was damaged upon reciept and there would be no refund. I recently did the referral site get 4 friends in the attempts to get a DS. Ive done many referral sites so I can get referrals quickly and easily. I got the 4 referrals needed for my account and sent it in for approval. Don't fall for it. The rules keep changing and always to their advantage. If what they promise seems too much of a good deal - it is no deal at all. I ordered a product from this company that has been on back order for two months, so I got tired of waiting and ordered it elsewhere. I have asked them to cancel my order and put the refund back onto my creditcard. This was almost two weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them yet. Buyer Beware! NewAgeSMB will take your money and not provide the product that was originally agreed upon. They will turn around and bill you for items that were never approved. Worst Customer service ever!! The line for my business phone was not working so they had a technician come out and he "supposedly" called our building security to get the phone box but our security guard didn't pick up. #1. The security never received any miss calls around that time. #2. I just clicked the unsubscribe link, which contains the username and password, and it said they were invalid. Well I have been scammed for $299.00. In March there was an auction on ebay from id whmreseller stating a 1 time fee for whmreseller hosting package for $299.00. The site worked for 11 days and then the server went down. That was the end. They are back up and running now, however, they said they transfered ownership but they are not honoring the previous members. If I was interested I had to pay $500 a month more. By the way, N Ryan is still there and communicating even though it has transferred to a different owner. Sounds fishy to me.
