I applied for a mistery shopper in which I found on *****slist.com a couple of months ago. The reason why I tried it, is because they do not ask you for any personal information such as SSN or CC information. So I went about doing it. The agreement was, that they were going to send me 3, 500.00 in a check. I think WebProsperity is a scam. I registered during the founders launch 13 Jan 2008, ( probably one of the first to register), and then they claimed that I will be getting spillover from my upline. I've also personally enrolled a member under my Web Prosperity account. I signed up to this FOREX marketing service thinking it was legit and decided to go forward with it. It had good reviews. It is a FOREX robot that acts like a real trader and autonomously trades for you. This service offers a 60-day money back gaurantee. I bought a Lexmark printer from Walmart and after the trouble I had with a previous printer I only use factory produced toner. After many emails from me to tech support when I had to provide the model number, serial number, purchase date... I ended up having Lexmark stop answering my emails and I still print color with a green tone. My recomendation is not to buy a Lexmark unless you have deep pockets. read full review »

This is a fraudulant company running a business without being licensed in the state of Florida. The sales reps are demanding $1, 404 for fees to sell your timeshare (via check by phone because obviously a credit card company would not deal with them). Stay away! I just had a package delivered to my home by a UPS employee at 6p.m. this evening. I was upstairs getting ready to take a shower when I heard the door open. I did not think much about it because my fiancees friends come and go at times. I would have stepped down stairs to check, but I was clearly not descent. A moving crew I hired from this company damaged the headboard to my new bed. The bed was not moved in by the crew. It was already in my home. I contacted the owner/president of the company Peter Mosher, who was unsympathetic and refused to pay for the damage caused by his employees. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Since they took over our area, my phone has had a buzzing sound in the background, would not work on particular days, and overall poor service. Why am i paying $65 a month for this? I have not been able to stay on line connected to the internet for the past 3 weeks. I have contact Alltel several times, and am told each time that a ticket will be open and if the problem can not be resolved in 10 days, I can cancel my service with no penalties. Boost moble is a real bad phone company to do any business with. I purchased a phone and the SIM card was bad when I called customer service they told me that they would FED ex me a new card but I have yet to get it. They also told me that I would get a $25 credit to my account WRONG I then called them back to ask about the SIM card and they said they kne nothing about it. I paid close to $1200.00 for a Serta Mosaic Mattress, Queen Size. I was delivered in a few days and after a week; I noticed that one side of the mattress had a 3-inch depression. I just have to tell you what happened when I went to get my daughter's dress on Friday, April 20, 2007. First, the dresses are shipped in from different companies, ours came in from China (Landau Designer Prom-Pageant Gowns). Cinderella will receive them in shrink wrapped (plastic) bags, so the dresses need to be steamed and hung properly. This is to formally complain on Maynilad billing. Since last year I have been calling to Maynilad hotline but until now, the problem is not yet resolved. They are billing us with an average rate and not showing the actual meter reading, worst is that they are just guessing the figure, since my meter shows different meter reading than what they are charging us. I bought a table from this company and it came wobbly and crooked. They took it back and fixed that problem only to redeliver it with another problem. This time the table had a terrible strong odor. I had to open all the windows in my house to air out the smell which they said was “tung oil”. My entire family including my two year old daughter became sick from the smell. I had a very bad experience at Pooja International Gift store, Fremont, California recently. I bought 2 lamps from them in January this year (2008). I paid $35 for them. One worked for a month. we purchased a Philippe Richard set of pots and pans. We have not even used of all the pots yet. The ones we have used have all behaved in the same way. The nonstick finish peels off and rust appears on the exposed metal. Rust also appears on the outside of that spot. I'm the owner of RAD Construction and we recently had a debris bin picked up and were charged for items not in our debris bin such as a washer, dryer, tires, paint etc. I personally loaded this bin with my son and can assure you that these items were not in our debris bin when it left our property.
