I received multiple charges on my Phone bill for something called ILD Teleservices Long Distance Calls (toll charge inquiries call 800-433-4518). They charged me 14.95 and back dated charges over many months. I have received no satisfaction of deletion of the charges from Frontier, even though i have a contract with them for unlimited calling and voicemail services. 5 years ago I purchased an air conditioning unit from Sears. It came with a 10-year warranty. This is the second time I have had to call someone out. This is my most recent experience. I have a GE washer that is not even a year old. We called for service on the warranty and waited 10 days for someone to come out just to tell us we needed three new parts and it would be another ten days before the parts would be in. I signed up for the Verizon Fios bundle in November of 2008 and my first bill was to be $69.00 plus fees and taxes totaling to about $104.00. My first bill was $265.
