I found a Chimney Sweep company in the yellow pages and decided to use them for estimates to check my home fireplace and the fireplace at a piece of rental property for damages. I have received constant phone calls from Astra Business Services for about a year and a half now, but the call volume has nearly tripled in the past few months. I was with Confidus for about 2.5 years. The first 6 months with Confidus were good, after that, it was nothing but problems. I had about 10 accounts with them on different servers. We had problems almost WEEKLY. 8 hour down times were common. I purchased the product ispynow to monitor computer usage, it was even supposed to have a remote installing program, after that failed to install several times, I tried the direct approach with physical access, I couldn't get the program to work monitoring my own laptop or home pc. I am very disappointed with this company. It is impossible to reach them by telephone, and alls they reply to your email with is copied and pasted information from there FAQs on the website. On April 18, 2009 I cancelled webhosting, domain and domain privacy with Ipower. The privacy on my domain had expired the first week of April while I was on vacation. Ipower suspended my website. I went on-line browsing one day. I found Saving Smart.com. I thought it looked like a good deal. One I started navigating thru the program and inputting some of my information I realized I didn’t like the terms, etc….So, I backed out of the website and canceled my information…or so I thought. My complaint is with the completely un-professional behavior of both our salesman and the Used car manager at this company. Today I discovered that a company called www.FunChatting.com was sending sexually suggestive text messages to my 11 year old son's cell phone. They send these messages several times per day, and for each message that they send, or to which you reply, they charge you $1.99 to your wireless bill. I have one of their Tankless Water Heaters with a “lifetime” warranty. What they don’t tell you is that repair parts take an extremely long time to get to you. They only ship via US Mail, or so they say. I offered to pay for overnight service but they refuse to do that. Bottom line my family and I have been without hot water for over two weeks while they get around to shipping the parts. I purchased a refurbished laptop computer from Baylita on July 13, 2006, with the promise of "satisfaction guaranteed". The laptop I received would not charge the unit battery. We bought a BoatFloat lift about 10 days ago it stopped working. We called the manufacture and he came to our house to check the lift. He told there was an electrical problem at the house. We called the electrician and he said that there is no power problem at the house and the issue is on the lift itself.
