I have had nothing but trouble with Walgreens. I am stuck with using their mail service for the year but I may not survive the year. The latest and worst problem is that they sent me duplicate presciptions of two medications for 3 mo. each, sent about a month apart. On one pair of prescriptions, the dosage was different. My elderly father who speaks limited English went there to repair the muffler on his car. The muffler had a lifetime warranty that the shop refused to honor. The owner told him the car had been in an accident (not true) and he could not honor the warranty. I had a service tech look at my 2 fire extinguishers. He said they needed to be recharged. He quoted me a price of $40 for both. Another service tech returned 1 month later with one extinguisher charged and the other needed to be replaced for $58. Sun Broadband Wireless Modem purchased in Sun Shop Cattleya Condominium Makati was refused replacement. The modem does not function on the laptop of the buyer but according to Sun shop it functions when they test it. I am in the process of filing for a restraining order for trespass to keep them off my property - they will come to your property and apply chemicals, bill you and then threaten to send you to a credit agency. We got cut off of our phone calls because the cops kept turning the phones off then back on and because it kept saying no third party calls and there was no third party on the phone. one call we did not even get to talk for a minute before they turned off the phone then back on and we still got charged for the call. we lost 14 calls to the cops doing that and i am not made of money i can not afford to just blow calls like that... We hired Mr. Belcher owner of TAR-RIFIC to expand our driveway and re-tar it. He gave us a price of $1800.00 (plus tx) for 700 square feet. I brought up the gas connection with Stove. Stove is I.S.I. marked. But it throws the flame when we close the stove regulator. I requested him but he is not ready to replace. Stopped at a Fred Meyer deli on my way home passing other grocery stores in favor of this location where I do my weekly shopping. Today I am told they no longer sell chicken strips by the pound, but rather, by the piece. Not a problem until you take a look at the "wide" range of sizes per piece. I recently puchased a Ford Ranger at Strapp Ford in Burwood. I was promised that the vehicle would arrive in January 2010. As a result i put a down payment of $1000. Do NOT use Fast Move Van Lines of Newark, CA. Upon first contact they seem friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do anything to meet your needs. The reality is they will under quote the job and repack your boxes using their extremely overpriced supplies.
