I purchased an Lg Scoop phone about 5 months ago. This has been the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought as a phone. From day one it did not work properly. We switched from Fairpoint to Comcast over two months ago, but they continue to bill us for service. We cancelled at the time of conversion.
