ER Solutions calls my home daily beginning at 7:30 in the morning. I have a answering machine and caller I.D. on TV as well as my phone. Every number I get...I call it back and just go f***king crazy on the person whose answered, and it's always answered "Hello". How professional is that? It's employees calling us from their homes. I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you.
