I had purchased a Htc touch dual from mobile planet end of dec 07. After couple of weeks the charger port was not working properly. I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure. Their tech support is bad, really bad. They want to accuse you of wrong doing way before they'll accept that their product may be at fault. Had a board of theirs that went bad.
