They have since been selling the item again at a higher price than the sell price I purchased at. They don't even have the decency to email me with an "I'm sorry but..." !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM MARQUEL. I placed three order, the most recent in June, and was completely satisfied. However, Marquel charged my debit card for almost $60 this past September, when I had not placed an order, and they have been 100% impossible to contact for resolution. Their 800 number is an answering machine from which I never get a response. Their web site for reporting problems also gets no response. I recieved a marketing call from Union Telecom in April 2008 and offered 2.9 cents/minute from Canada to Pakistan, I visited their website immediately and confirm the rates and sign up for the services. I have received very poor customer service from Primus as well. I should've known to stay with my current service provider (Bell) when it took primus 2 WEEKS to connect my phone when I moved to my new house. Purchased a Jabra JX10 headset from the lowest price on pricegrabber that seemed to have a decent rating. Opened box to find package will seal broken. Contents had clearly been opened and re-packaged. Tried it our anyway, no surprise - It doesnt work. Even took the time to call Jabra support and confirm. We cancelled with Yak Communications and went back to another provider. Yak continued to bill us for several months despite many phone calls and hour long waits. Finally, supplied proof that we are with the other provider (faxed in the bills) and a supervisor agreed to credit our account. No charges outstanding. The invoices kept coming. Don't order the custom picks from Steve Clayton. I ordered the white Pearl picks. The imprint comes right off. All you have to do is bend the pic a little and the imprint comes off on your finger. I signed up with Dowdle Gas in January 2008 I explained I had a 35ft motor home that when I ordered gas for my home it would need gas sometimes as well they told me they could do that. I am a former LL Bean addict. Over 20 years of orders with rare mistakes and immediate correction. NOT ANY MORE. My past 4 orders have had mistakes or were not as described. This company sold me a property that was live in ready but really should have been condemned from the mold. I lived in Maine moved to Alabama and thought I had a house waiting.
