When I was visiting a friend who lived at the Pavilions Apartments off Hunter Ave my car was towed. We searched the parking for signs to find out who to call to get my car back, but all the towing signs had a phone # that had been disconnected. Their auctions are a complete farce! They blatantly lie. 90% of the auctioned properties are not sold. There is a secret 'reserve price', so the opening bid they advertise does not matter at all. This group has a tenant hotline to provide us with legal advice. I called and before they would provide the help I had to promise and set up a date for a meeting with them and all my neighbors in my buildings. After the meeting they had me go door to door with them and collect $10 memberships with there group. They left with over $400. Their advice was wrong and almost got me evicted. Took the day off work to wait for a package from UPS that was supposed to be deivered today. The package was express delivery from QVC because it contained chicken and was packed in dry ice. This company, as with many others from Quebec, sends invoices for an online directory or yellow pages listing. As with all of these scams the amount is always between $400 and $500. Unless they can provide proof that you actually requested the listing it is fraudulent. Do not pay these invoices. I should have known better I guess, but it looked fun. I bought the Billy Mays "Big City Slider Station". It's designed to make 5 mini burgers at a time. We bought a Kenmore refrigerator in July 2006 (side by side with bottom freezer). It was the top of the line. During the winter months here in Tobyhanna, the snow can be over whelming and cause many problems with the mail boxes being knocked over and sometimes destroyed. My mailbox was put in properly when it was first installed. My neighbors have had problems keeping there's standing erect, and have been moved several times causing them to be misaligned and pushed further back by half a foot.
