Ordered twice previously and no problems. This time $75 order (LED flashlights), paid with shipping insurance (paypal) and after 3+ weeks order status said paid, shipping in process. Sending an email, got no response after a week. Went online to find order cancelled!? Sent another email asking why...no response. Found on paypal a refund with a note saying lost in mail. Stay away from gameasylum.com no matter what the deal you think you are getting. Period. The company is incompetent at best, but is more likely fraudulent and knowingly predatory of unwary bargain hunters. I can draw a couple of conclusions here. Either I am the victim of an unscrupulous company who fails to provide any customer support once a sale has been made, or somehow I have fallen through the cracks and this is simply an oversight. Had ordered Nokia HDS-3 Stereo headset from this company in August recieved product on time with no hassles. UPS crushed the box but this was not the merchants fault and the device was not damaged. I ordered 2 more of the same product so I could have spares since I accidentally snagged the earbud of the original and had to repair it. I used Fedex this time for $2 more. This store Fuse Wireless is very UNRELIABLE!! I am suspicious they have some representatives that are scamming the deaf consumers as well as the hearing!!! Buying experence was'nt bad, but if warranty problems arise WATCH OUT. Got lied to and a run around until asked for RMA to return system. Then said they would ship me parts that might fix my problem but if did'nt I would have to pay return shipping. Finally they said they would send a pick up order on the parts and when they received them they would then send me replacements. For a supposedly 3yr part and labor warrant I was to furnish all the labor and twiddle my thumbs while I waited on parts that "might" fix my system. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. read full review »

I received my frames within a week of placing my order. Although they promised shipment 1-2 days following the order placement, they shipped within 3 days. I did the "free" shipping option which meant USPS Parcel Post. This item arrived within 2 business days. The closest shipping option to that was USPS Priority Mail for $7.99 which takes 2-3 days. Horrible! I tried to buy by email and was told there was a problem with my order. When I called them they said the video camera was out of stock. I had my husband call and try to place an order for the package deal, which was in stock. I spoke with the manager who said they would not sell the camcorder as an individual piece as advertised, but if I wanted to upgrade to a package deal they would sell it to me. BUYER BEWARE I called for Cisco CCNA training and was quickly pushed into some yearly subscription at more than twice the amount I had access to through my employer’s reimbursement program. They even went as far as to try and trick me into filling out some credit card form to put the additional $1000 on some sort of payment plan. I purchased a very expensive Bio Ionic Nano i 5X hairdryer ($165) and also the diffuser ($25) that goes with it from Folica.com. The diffuser would not stay on the dryer due to some defect. I contacted Folica to get a new diffuser. After numerous conversations per email and telephone, they finally agreed to send me a new one. It's been 6 weeks and it never showed. Showed a great deal on the internet. Salesman called and talked me into upgrading my purchase to double original purchase. Received purchase and didn't get what was detailed on the internet or what the salesman promised. I actually attempted to purchase something from flyintheskyphoto.com. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! I tried to buy a digital camera but recieved a call the next day informing me my exp. date on my debit card had been entered wrong. Baloney! The rep attempted to upsell me a $100 battery and a $150 warranty. I researched more about this site and discovered how they really conduct business. EXCEPTIONAL! DFI-Street forum lead me to Flickerdown.com and I never expected the truly extraordinary service I received. The Flickerdown forum is monitored in the evening and allowed me to confirm a ship/delivery date. I was able to place my order late Wednesday 5/24 for delivery Friday 5/26. I placed an order with this company for an exercise bike (as a gift) 2 weeks ago. In the interim, I sent them at least 3 emails requesting information on when the item would be shipped. I ordered a toshiba r500 and paid $2, 168.11 I called to cancel the order the same day and was told that it was no problem. I was given an $85 refund. NOT $2, 168.11. The shipment was never put out. Never revceived a laptop. I've sent multiple emails and my phone calls have been screened. I've had my lawer contact them to deal with it. That cost me an additional $500. I ordered around 500 bucks in computer parts from this site. I ended up getting a digital postal scale and two gigantic monitors instead. Each time I called them back, I had to re-explain everything. I did not open the items and only wanted to return them. Instead, the company forced a charge of 2, 500. to my credit card. My credit limit on that card was only 1, 000! After about FOUR weeks of me calling them, they arranged a return. When I asked to talk to the person responsible, they said they didn't know who did it. I had two auctions over, 1 on 12-22-00 and the other was over on 12-23-00. I started calling them about three weeks later asking the status of my shipments. They could tell me nothing. I called about every week, and it was always the same answer. They didn't know anything and would send my request to another department and I would receive an e-mail. I never received one e-mail. I called tonight (4-7-01) and now they tell me that they have cancelled both of my auctions and I will not get the items. I ordered a 48 port patch pane with built in LED indicators and 3-1000' rolls of Cat5e. After running the cable and terminating the jacks, I used my personal network tester to test my lines and kept getting readings saying there were shorts and miswirings. I was extremely pleased with my buying experience with Finders Keepers. My nephew wanted to order one small item which cost less than a dollar. I was concerned that the shipping cost would be too high. I wrote an email to the company which was immediately answered. The shipping cost was very reasonable and the box was the first item I received in approximately 10 orders placed on the same day and within the same two hour period. I ordered wood flooring from Fast Floors. while the salesperson was very helpful, the customer service stopped there. When my flooring contractor started to lay the floor he noriced that each box was an assorted mix of boards that were cupped and the random lengths were more than random. There are normally 4 differant random sizes. With this shipment there were so many differant lenghts, that you could not even duplicate the same length with many of the sizes. I ordered a Sigma EF-430 ST flash for a Pentax camera because it was just what I needed (an auto-focus auto-zoom flash) and on a closeout sale for 80$. Worst Service ever. Bought a E61i on January 09th and since then, me and my daughter constantly calling them and kept getting hung up without any responses from them. They have no idea where the order is at. First of all, when we call during the early central hours, we get notified to call at a later time, and then when i am at work my daughter calls, she gets information to call earlier, because the customer service left. We have filled a case with the State of New York Office of the Attorney General, Mrs. Penelope Lerner with the case number 2009-985445 and just praying for the best to get our money back. My dealing with this company was atrocious. I placed on order on the 31st, Sunday and it didn't even process until Thursday. I know Monday was a holiday, but three business days to process my order? Newegg deals with a lot more orders than they do and I RECEIVE product in 3 days from them, sometimes less. I called the customer service and they basically told me to eat it, that I'd have to receive the product to return it through RMA system, meaning it'd take days to weeks to even get my return information.
