This company had ripped me of several times. They have called me already with my full account number. The telemarketing rep never says allows me to talk, but says there 'calling from my card company' I asked how they are legally allowed to have my full credit card number, thre rep said there not! I have had over 3 charges on my credit card. I have contacted the local attorney generals that said they are investigating my claims. My company specializes in reverse mortgages and he said their company had leads who responded to a survey requesting further information on reverse mortgages. Minor points: They missed two ducts, did not replace three duct covers, and just brought in a vacuum, not the amazing machine they touted at sale. Major points: They dislodged our washing machine hose (while cleaning dryer duct) and so we flooded our laundry room next time we did laundry; they charged $50 extra to clean furnace and did not do so. I ordered a Solderless Xbox Modchip from Go Cyber Shop (order date listed below the review is only an estimate since I don't have the invoice at hand), paid by Money Order (dated 14 May 2004), and received the chip, but I was unable to get it fitted correctly and decided to give up on it rather than continue to fiddle with it and risk scratching the motherboard. These guys are a bit shady. I purchased a VWIC-2MFT-T1 dual T1 cisco interface card for my router in January. I found them first in a search by price on pricegrabber or pricewatch and the reviews here were decent. So $392 for this new retail boxed product seemed great since the next closest I saw was nearly $700 and then most places jumped to over $1000. These people are very bad news. Most of the hardware at these stores is low-grade OEM stuff, not proper boxed equipment .. their return policy is garbage, the prices are too high, they will blame you for ANYTHING, even if the product was defective. They messed up their system by not having the weights of the video cards they sell. Because of this, it took them an extra day to ship out my item. I had paid for 3 day air because I needed by a certain date. We spoke about the mess-up before they shipped. They refused any responsibility in the delay and I was forced to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to 2-day air in order to get my package on the same day. I have applied for internet connection from BayanTel here in Legazpi City two times. The first time I was promised I will be connected in 5 days. Howdy, its been i while. my last post for this company was positive. after that positive post, everything went to hell. the asus mobo they gave had the voltage jumpers switched from auto detect to 2.0v. their tech is a complete moron. eventually my mobo and athlon burnt up. sent the mobo back to gctech, it took over a month to get my stuff back, they sent my a crappier motherboard, and took another month to refund the difference. also my cdrom burned up, got a new one, burnt up again last month, oh well. all i have to say is beware of the company. and yes, gilbert is still a idiot. read full review »

The shipping costs are somewhat high but I guess you get what you pay for :-). The pad I received was a little scratched when I received it(it came in one of those padded envelopes instead of a box which surprised me a bit)- I immediately emailed their customer service about it and received a prompt reply in a phone call no more than 30 minutes later telling me they'd send me a second one at no cost, and I don't even have to return the first one to them! I ordered and EZ 3in1 the 28th of January. Today, April 24, it still hasn't arrived. Supposedly it was lost in mail. When I first mailed to tell them I thought that had happened, they told me to wait more. I waited almost another month until they decided that they should try and claim the insurance. This company repeatedly mentions quick shipping on their ebay site and their web page. I haven't seen any of it. I've never got a response from them other than automated emails telling me that they received my message and someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. They never have.
