It took 1 week to change the status of my order for 3 measly stickers (that were in stock) purchased from this company. I wrote at least 2 e-mails asking for them to send the merchindise but never recieved any response. After the second e-mail I see it changed from "new order" to "in-transit" without any response to my e-mail. As of 2/27/06 I still have no idea if it was really sent out or not. Etech4sales issued a call tag to bring the order back. The order was delivered and returned back to their company on 11/26/08. They have not processed the refund and credit back to the credit card. I called in advance to confirm that this reseller had the parts that I needed. I placed my order and tried to contact them for a rush delivery on the order. I never got a reply from the reseller, so I waited for the standard delivery. When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. I had ordered 30 ST3800013AS, but only received 10. The remaining 20 were the ST3800023AS. It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet. Take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money they NEVER ship you anything. They conveniently have no phone number listed or available anywhere. When I called to confirm an order I was told the lens was a manual focus lens and was talked into spending another extra $100 that I could ill afford to get an auto focus lens. What has happened with cigarettes is completely un-acceptable. There is no reason that we should have to take this lying down. These new FSC cigarettes are supposed to make it harder to start fires. A charge showed up on the telephone bill for 3 months for 8.23 plus taxe and fees. It was unauthorized, but began about the same time that my husband had his ID info stolen. Wife went to Normans and purchased a nice looking white refrigerator for around $300.00 for one of our rental properties. Brought my boat in for service. They said they would look at it two days later. The next day they called me wih a list of items that they checked, but i didn't ask them to check. they puled my drain plug out when i never do. i launched the boat and it almost sank.
