Last Dec. 8, 2006 I brought a 19 in HP laptop through Best Buy in Rockford, Illinois on the internet. It was warranted for 12 months through Hp and I bought a 2 year extended warranty through the Best Buy company. That warranty does not expire until 12/08/09 It all worked wonderful until Aug 2007. I had a 7:30 pm appointment to have my daughters' pictures taken for the holidays. We showed up right at our appointment time and there was already a couple having engagement pictures taken. I cancelled my earthlink dial up account, they made it difficult. There is no way-on the internet, to cancel. Once I told them I was copying the text in the chat and would post it online, they found a way to get a supervisor to cancel it. Then they asked for a security word, which they had wrong. Ordered One year internet hosting service from this company for $94.50 per year My invoice stated $94.50 but was charged $1078.20 after several attempts to rectify this, I was forced to contact my bank and submit an affadavit for dispute of the charges on my card. Since I took connection I was not able to use internet regularly. First time it was due to the fault of my machine. Afterwards several times I had to complain about non connection to the main server. Each time Something is done and all is OK. But after some days the connection is out and I complain and it is made Ok. This happened several times. I agree wholeheartedly with all of the submitters here complaining against Wild Blue Communications, Inc. I also had many problems with speed rates, "down times", phone call waiting times, return calls...not at all what they advertise. However, the installation set-up went fairly smooth (one date change only due to inclement weather.) I recently have been charged for 201 euro by Emusic. I have had a trial started for whitch I needed to give my credit card details. It was said there would be no charge on my card. I am an employee of a private software organization i come to office by bus. I travel in the APSRTC route no. 113y , 113I/M there are very few buses in this route. I have to wait long time to see the buses in this route. In this situation also some of the buses are not stopping at bus stops. Especially one bus 113I/M which comes from Uppal at around 8.45 which will be at Modern bakery busstop at around 8.55 is not at all stopping the bus. I have N-70 Cell with Idea mobile network provider. I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm. on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility. & on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565.
