I told them that I would call sprint and pay the bill because I wanted to be sure that the phone services would not be restored. The good news: My Frigidaire sidebyside compressor failed one week before the warranty expired. The bad news: Warranty service is in the hands of A & E Factory Service. I had to wait several days (called Monday morning - appointment was for Thursday 1-5p.m.) before a technician could come out & verify that the compressor was bad. When buying our washing machine a few years ago we were convinced by the Currys salesperson to purchase a 5 year extended warranty for the machine. The cost of the policy was about 200euro . I would like to share with you my very bad experience with "Goel Packers and Movers". I contacted them to move 7 cartons from Calcutta to Gurgaon. They took all the money in advance and promised to transport all the goods in a maximum of 10 days. However they gave me only 6 cartons after 3 weeks at 12 in the night after calling them 20-30 times and damaged a good worth Rs 3000. Kmart advertises, buy one board game, get one free - Thursday only! I purchase total of 6 games plus tableware that happens to be on sale. I get to my friends house and it turns out I am charged the full price for the tableware. My friend was nice enough to take me back to Kmart and $16.30 was returned due to overcharge. The sales person promised to give a eurekaforbes bag while saling the product. We paid the whole amount and that day he told the bags are not in stock we will give you in the coming week. I took the service a year ago. Initially when I called to India using the service it was really hard to connect after repeated try through the 800 number the call will go through. Most of the time there would be noise in the back ground. After couple of months something happened to there system and I could not use my service. This is to beware you that don't go for airtel mobile service in at least Himachal Pradesh circle. Six months ago I subscribed a postpaid connection from airtel. Since then I'm receiving promotions calls from them. I requested number of times to Airtel customer care and they didn't reacted at all. I believe they do not understand a simple word 'NO'.
