We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room. We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. As soon as we arrived we ended up getting some room that showed just the forest. This was the so called ocean front view. This hotel refused to give my husband and I a room, not once but twice. I called the "Customer Service" Number for Days Inn, and Flo told me that their was nothing that she could do it was up to the hotel managment. The manager, told me that if I have a complaint to call "Obama at the White House" because he can refuse service to any "american woman" he wants too, because that is his right.
