Just wanted to back up previous complaints on Marriot reservation(s) for timeshares at Newport Coast. It is ridiculous to try to book a week in the summer. After paying a large amount for the time share, each year you have to pay maintenence and taxes which is about 1400. Then if you try to book a week June through September you have to wake up at 5 Am in my time zone one year ahead to try to get a week. Good luck with that because the odds of that are slim and none. Central.R - Hotel Reservation
Do not book your next hotel using www.centralr.com. They have hidden cancellation charges. We booked hotel Terramar in Sitges, Spain almost 6 weeks in advance and canceled it (based on bad reviews) two days after the booking. CentralR.com charged our credit card for one night stay immediately (less than 5 minutes) after we canceled. We contacted one of their representatives (Emma Treston) asking to remove the charge but without any success. We currently are disputing this charge with our credit card company. read full review »

We had booked ticket from Trivandrum to Bangalore. Post booking, I didnot get any confirmation on the booking status. I contacted the above mentioned person via email twice but he didnot respond to any of my queries. I then called the customer care center and asked them to cancel my order. while I was tracvelling from kathmandu to charleston one of my baggage was lost. I came to know about the situation when I landed in IGI DEHLI. I have to change the airlines from dehli and it was british airways. They told me that you have only one baggage but I had 2 baggage at Trivuwan International Airport Nepal, Kathmandu. This was the most terrible experience of my life. I felt trapped on a boat with a very unpredictable crew person, who physically and vocally would blow up. It was terrible. The hotel looked pleasent from web and actually there, from the outdoors. Entering the building, the staff checked me and my family in and sent us off to find our room. I walked the corridors, sticking to the carpets and stair rails until my room came in to view, seeing a large dint in the door, resembling a punch. I had a very very bad experience with Nexus Holiday Chicago. I had canceled 4 tickets to Beijing of China booked with them due to AA delayed the flight schedule on May 2010. But the said amount of refund for the cancellation was never credited to my account. No matter of repeated mails and calls to customer care, but the company has failed to give me a satisfactory reply. This company is really a crap.Do NOT ever ever give money to this company, they are fraud, they don’t provide services that you expected or paid for... So, I consider myself defrauded and plan to file a small claims lawsuit to protect myself for lost. read full review »

Hotel caters to loud boisterous, drunken nightcluber. Fire alarm woke us up twice and we had to run down 4 flights of dangerous crowded stairs to find that the drunks set off the alarm. Yet my daughte on the 9th floor never heard the alarms. If it had been a fire, noone on the upper level would have been saved! The reception seemed unconcerned. My wife and I signed up for a 6 day bus tour to NYC with Diamond Tours. The color brochure we were provided showed a color picture, and said visit Central Park. We did drive by, and the guide said there's central park on the right. We never sat foot in it. I am 70 yrs old, and had never been to NYC so I was very disappointed. I bought a round trip Mla-Dvo-Mla online ticket #0792435906586 last July 18, 2010 and I requested for its re-booking to another date or refund as I am sick and I cannot take the flight to Davao as scheduled. AARP fraud, cheating seniors 8/3/2010 I booked four hotel rooms (Motel 6, in Lodi, California) on July 21, 2010 through the AARP Travel Center. It charged my credit card total $295. We went to Disney Work in Orlando and stayed at the Omni Hotel Championship Gate Resort. We checked in Wednesday, then out Sunday 08/08/2010... Within those days, our room was only cleaned and beds made ONE day only.. Thursday ONLY... We told the person at the checked in counter and all they said was we will notify the house keeping Manager... BUT still nothing was done.. When we checked out, again we mentioned it. This company is a scam. The promotion for a cruise is a joke. The rates and rooms can be obtained just as cheap through the cruise as with them. AND BETTER Specifically Chris and P Mitchell with TSN International have been very rude including hanging up the phone when asked to speak to their boss. They in no way have tried to work with my family in trying to make things better. My family was placed in the worst room avaiable and he is the one that obtained the promotion. This hotel was perfect for our wedding venue. But beware of the help they offer you. Make sure to get EVERYTHIING in writing. Do not take their word at face value. We were offered a large discount if rooms were rented the night before our venue. We tried to rent rooms, but the hotel was reserved for another private party, so they would not let us reserve rooms. On August 3 I went to the AmericInn site to reserve two rooms in International Falls, Minnesota, for August 23. I tried the system a number of times but couldn't get it to complete the transaction. It froze twice and I had to restart. There was no notification on the site that the transaction had been completed and there was no e-mail confirmation. We bought two tickets of AC Sleeper Bus to Shirdi for 3rd July 2009. The Bus was owned by Swami Travels. On boarding the bus, we found that the seats that we were offered were wet. The reason we were given was that it was because of the AC. But in reality, it was not the case. They were wet because the bus was not maintained properly. Airlines did not inform about flight delay and "remarking passenger no show" then airlines did not refunding any amount. Accomline and Hotelclub are actually businesses of ORBITZ. I saw no complaints under Accomline.com and happily booked my 2 nights hotel room in Ho Chi Minh. Then, when I get the voucher, it stated that ORBITZ has paid to the booked hotel. Only then did I search under Orbitz and saw the long list of frightening complaints. My husband and I checked into the Best Western Orange County Airport North with our children. We arrived at our room at 9:30 to drop our bags and head out for a late dinner. When we arrived back at our hotel 1.5 hours later, we got our kids ready for bed before doing the same. When my wife and I purchased a timeshare from Fairfield Resorts who has since been changed to Wyndham these people we pacifically asked if the amount of points that we received each year would enable us to have a weeks vacation every year. If you don't take my advice, and buy into the club you will get no deals other than what you can find online all by yourself. In addition to this - their customer service is despicable.
