We left our beautiful camper on consignment with these folks. We had, thoroughly, cleaned our camper as we always do when we get back from a trip. We were told they would take good care of it and keep it inside. We, eventually, decided to take our camper out of there for various reasons. When we picked it up, our wet/bath was, absolutely, filthy. Someone had used our toilet and it was disgusting. No wonder we didn't get any offers! Nowhere to park for check-in and 1 person working to service around 20 people waiting in line. I will agree we came at a busier time of the year so this is somewhat out of the hotels control. I made a confirmed reservation through the internet with HRS at the Fraser Suites Seef on the 8th of march. When I arrived this afternoon i have been told by hotel manager that my booking was never sent to the hotel by the reservation company.
