What would a normal citizen do : when he is in the queue to take a ticket for MMTS waiting for 15 min and still he had to wait for another 15 min as the queue is so long and MMTS has arrived & When he has already travelled from Vizag - Hyd ( Godavari Exp )? The rudest hotel owner I have ever met. David Wilson made me feel sick. He threatened and then immediately requested that I, my husband and our 8 month old (who I had in my arms) leave his "hotel" . My mother was contacted by phone and talked into purchasing a vacation package over the phone. When booking the trip we were not told of the time share connection and that we HAD to attend to get our voucher for the cruise we PAID for. My husband and I donated a car to Kars4Kids back in late May. We received the vacation voucher and were contacted by WorldWide Travel Center, and we setup reservations for the location they had available. I was called several times by the above company who stated that they had a couple in England willing to pay $2000 a week for "renting" my timeshare for 2 or 3 weeks. They required a one-time "processing" fee of a little over $1500, which like an idiot, we paid. My complaint is the same as that submitted by rpm of ocean springs, mississippi on 9/30/09. My contacts with sea land have been stonewalled. Sea land is uncooperative and insists that Destinations Unlimited is a separate corporation wth which they have no connection. How patently absurd . There is an agency relationship and each is jointly liable for their fraud. The so called hold harmless agreement buried in the paperwork was procured under duress and by fraud. I paid business class fare Perth - Los Angelos and found half the cabin was upgraded due to overbooking . Thatas fine we then waited 55 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink by this time it was 1am and then another 3 hoursand twenty minutes to be feed . Myself and 4 other couples bought a travel package from this guy for the NE Patriot/Dallas game in Dallas in Oct. last year. We bought the packages, including airfair, hotel, and game tickets for $1500 per couple in August and got a letter paid in full. Don't stay here! Condo has extremely LOUD bedrooms because it is located five feet from busy road / highway - Gulf Blvd. Our family had to sleep on roll out beds in the living room it got so bad. Neighbor downstairs (owner's sister) told us to make sure we were quiet the moment we arrived because she had to 'work'. Owners brushed our concerns off and didn't care that our experience was so bad. Would not respond to emails. Also claimed sights of intercoastal water way from bedroom balcony. This place has the audacity to charge $159 at non-peak times for rubbish. The only thing you are paying for is a pretty lobby. There is NO parking! The rooms are a joke.
