This complaint is about Shangrila Chinese restaurant in Phase 3B2, Mohali. On 1st Jan 2008, I got 'Honey cauliflower' dish packed and took home. When I opened it, itwas so much of red colour, but we thought it is because oc chilli colour. But when w started eatig it, the colour started sticking to our hands and fingers and we realized that it was too much of synthetic colour. On viewing my credit card statement online I noticed $368.60 had gone to Trenitalia. I had to google this to see what it was as I'd never heard of it before and then I came across this site with other people in the same boat. I contacted my credit card company immediately and they have promised to contact me within the next 7-14 days. prices not clearly mark and what is marked only applies to what a sales person decides .advertised sales prices are a joke when you buy the item a week before the sale for less than the sales price and the personnel can only respond with a shrug and no intelligent responce. so you just have to go to walmart. i doubt this will get any where,just another waste of my time read full review »

I just got back from a Mexican trip at the Grand Mayan Riviera Maya. My wife and I decided to go on an information breakfast on our first morning. It ended up being a timeshare presentation. We said it would take 90 minutes. Four hours later we ended up buying a Great Vacations Club Gold Membership. My husband and I booked a cruise (exchange) for a 4 night Disney Cruise. We paid $2600 for 5 of us. Upon receipt of our tickets, we completed the online registration form at Disney online. We discovered that we can't take the trip because I'm pregnant and Disney won't allow anyone past 23 weeks to cruise. My husband and I decided to go on a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas and then spend a week in Disney World for our honeymoon. Since we started with the Bahamas we decided to pick the Caribbean Beach Resort as our Disney hotel to stay in theme. I was also ripped off by this company. I purchased the Fresh Prince Belair series for my son for Christmas. The money was taken out October 7, 2007. I still had not received the DVD's by December 1. Sent Several E-Mails and was told they were sent out. Attempted to call and could never speak to a live person. Finally got DVD'S around December 15. The DVD'S were copied of the TV they include commercials and are very poor quality. Do not buy from this company. read full review »

My wife and I had the worst customer service from delta airlines.After my wife was forced to purchase a second ticket of $1600 before being allowed to board the flight to Ghana. Within 2 HOURS of sending an emai complaint to Jitterbug, on a Satderday NIGHT, I had TWO replies from the VP. Periodically, Choice Hotels runs bonus points specials such as stay 2 separate occasions at a Choice Brand Hotel and receive 1 night free. During their fall promotion I stayed at 2 different choice brand hotels qualifying for the free night. I was awarded 5000 bonus points. It was supposed to be 8000 points. I arrived in Delhi on 17 Dec from Washington IAD in Air France. First flight was AF039 starting from IAD on Dec 16 and connecting flight was AF148 from Paris to Delhi. During this travel my cargo luggage has been torn. I showed it to baggage services in Delhi and they created a report with replacement request. I have a copy of same. My hotel stay was AWFUL... I rented a room for one full week. I had previously stayed at Budget suites at different locations and was satisfied with the room, staff and my accommodations. But I would advise everyone to stay away from this Budget Suite off 360 highway in Grand Prairie, TX. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. My room did not include a microwave oven when I asked why no microwave I was told very rudely by office staff that 'I didn't pay for one'. Thank you Ripoff reports, my wife and I just received an invitation to tour the the Nuway showroom in Macon, and our promised 'TWO ROUNDTRIP AIRFARES TO ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.', all we have to do is and we did is make an appt. for a tour, and all we have to do is pay $30 and any taxes when we go to purchase our airline tickets, and stay at least 4 days at the destination. Firstly, this company already has an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau, and when we added our complaint to the pile, the company did not bother to respond. We stayed at one of the Sunspot-managed properties for a weekend in October, 2007.
