My wife and I got scammed in buying a vacation membership in Mexico in 2004. We attended their so called presentation. After the presentation we explained to them that we owned at timeshare else where and couldn't afford double the maintenance fees. I received a copy of my balance the morning of Sunday Oct. 29 under the door of my room. With my name on the receipt and a balance of 251.50. I brought the receipt and cash to the front desk and received a receipt for cash payment. Later I realized the credit card I used to hold the room had also been charged 251.50. My children supposed to fly from London to Madrid, and with a transit there, they supposed to continue to their journey to Lagos, Nigeria.

The "I'm Italy Tour" provided by Donna Franca Tours of 10/6/06.
Pre Tour Arrangement to Sorrento were horrible. Arrangements at the Rome hotel to hold our bags for the few pre tour days was never arranged. That meant I and 16 others had to carry all of our own bags to the pre tour buses. Now thats not to bad except we had two bus transfer points where I had to carry my bags to the buses. We bought this time share 11/11/06. We tried to cancel the contract within the recession period & was told we can but will lose all our deposit. In spite of the documentation we have at hand, the salesperson insisted that the document does not apply to us. We felt trapped & helpless. We figured that's the end of that. I was contacted by Dan Goodman re. selling a timeshare. My husband and I had decided that we did not need all four weeks that we had purchased so thought this would be a good idea. We paid $2535US up front (that was all we would have to pay!!!!).

My claim is that I did not receive service as promised by LONDON SHUTTLE SERVICE. We called LONDON SHUTTLE SERVICE and they advised us prior to booking that we would need 2 hours to get from Stansted to Heathrow. We just flew, for the first time, with Virgin Atlantic to Heathrow. Our one way ticket was very inexpensive and we had a great few days in London because of Virgin's lost cost fare.
I booked this flight way in advance and got a aisle and middle seat for my wife and myself.
I absolutely need an aisle and would not have booked this flight if one wasn't available.

I booked Air Deccan flight from Bangalore to Chennai, unfortunately the amount got transferred twice from my account to Air deccan. As per the Air deccan policy it should be refunded within 14 days. I registered complain about the incident and i got the complaint number also. But still my money is not refunded. Advice for travelers from hotel worker
Ok.. I am going to offer a little advice to travelers.. whether you are a business traveler or the occasional traveler.
1. If you make your reservation online or over a franchise 1800 number, always call the hotel directly to ask specific questions regarding your stay. Directions (ie road construction, internet service, gyms, breakfast, pool) the 1800 and net reservations don't always know if there is a problem at the hotel.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites of Mackinac City MI. It was a very disappointing trip.When we first arrived the room we reserved was given away so they wanted to upgrade us for a "small fee" after I protested a lot we were given the bigger room for the price of the one we reserved.

These bottles were the only bottles my child would use when I quit breastfeeding. I had no problem with them until a few days ago my son got his finger stuck in one of the small slits on the bottle. Luckily nothing serious happened he got a small cut, I am just very upset you would make a bottle that a child could get their finger stuck in. Thats not very safe. read full review »

I want to bring to notice to everyone that Bay travels is charging very huge cancellation fees and their ticket prices are also very high compare to other agents. I also have experienced dealing with Resorts International Marketing. After upgrading our membership for the 3rd time to a 2 bedroom suite/Master suite with a perpetual deed at the Royal Sunset, I was talked into paying the the $549 so they could rent out 3 out of our 4 weeks. This started in May 2005. I had contacted them and even had them drop the price from their advertised price of $2399/week to $1999/week.......I even tried to go lower but they wouldn't let that happen??? We were solicited by phone by a Vacation Register, Inc. employee to list our vacation week with them to sell. (This was a Gold Crown resort located in Utah where the 2002 Winter Olympics had been held). St Regis Hotel - Monarch Beach
I am writing this letter to let you know about a disappointing occurrence my husband and I had at the St Regis in Laguna Beach. We chose this hotel since we are recent residence owners at the St Regis in New York.

Rancho Banderas Resorts time share sales personnel will use any means necessary to make a sale. Extreme high pressure sales techniques, and making fraudulent statements to complete a transaction deceived me into making a very bad investment decision. Experienced total over eleven hours long delays both on the outbound and inbound flights also experienced problems with inbound meals paid for and meals not supplied. We lost time off our holiday, missed day off work as unpaid leave and also incurred losses in taxis fares due to delays.
Reasons: Returning flight from Bodrum incurred a delay due to technical difficulties with the operating aircraft. Due to constraints within XL flying programm, they were unable to provide an alternative aircraft.

I used my visa card to purchase a recent moose hunting trip at Fairmont's canadian location, Kenauk. I have been hunting Kenauk for 12yrs. I hunt with a group that includes my father, cousin and friends usually at least 8 people. The trip costs me $3000.00 for a 6 day hunt. I was paid in full a month before arriving for the hunt. The issue starts out in August of 2005 where we checked in to a cabin that smelled like an ashtray. It looked like a smoke haze when we walked into the room. As noted in my original complaint the room was terrible and due to a boat breakdown and the condition of the cabin we could not stay anymore than a couple of days. Out stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando was a huge disappointment. On our arrival on 7 October Saturday we were informed that the Hard Rock Hotel didn’t have any rooms available to honor our reservation. Our desk attendant was nice and wanted to be helpful but it was very difficult to understand him since he spoke very broken English. I am in the US Navy and was stationed in the UK between July 2001 and July 2004. I took a trip to Bucharest, Romania in 2003 if I am not mistaken and booked a flight on Alitalia Airlines. The trip to Romania was a nice one but upon my return flight back it was a nightmare. First the flight lost my luggage and I had to wait two hours in line to file a claim with the airline at the airport. On september 30/2005 i bought two tickets from expedia to travel on december 29 2005 to madrid. On october 2005 my husband had an accident with cerebral hemorrhage. I call expedia to cancel the trip and they told me that i have a year to use the tickets due to the situation. My mistake was that i believe what they told me.
