Very angry with them on their auto-renewal policy. Had called them last year after their auto renewal had happened to cancel auto renewal. This year, they conveniently didn't have record and charged me the amount again. They have a no-refund policy, and the credit card company won't do anything about it... SO make sure to hang on to any "confirmation number" they give you if you cancel the service, or they will keep charging ENDLESSLY. They give mouth watering offer of exchange rate as follows: 1LR USD-->1.28 PM USD 1LR USD-->1.19 Pecunix When you pay for an exchange, they trap your money and ask you to pay for membership activation fee of $69 or thereabout. Do not order from them. They need to be investigated for fraud. Odered an item 3 months ago and never received it, or the money back. They had another website and it no longer exist. They sent me a defective tablet pc that I paid $99 for including shipping from China. To get it repaired or exchanged I had to ship it back at my expense. $41 to send back a $99 tablet. I sent it back and they received it more than a week ago and I have had no response from them. This item never had the battery connected and it would not take a charge or run on the battery. I was just looking at Overstock.com next thing I know I was filling out a form. That never said anything about being charged money to look, Next thing I know a window pops up and says I have so many bids and I can start to bid on items. And in my account it showed that I was charged $159 I was able to call and ask what that meant? The lady I was charged that I amount for the bids. I told I never agreed to paying anything. I ordered a spell on May 6, 2011 and as of this date got no results. I was emailing Lilly she was my contact person. To this date I have paid Seductive Spell a total of $600.00. After four weeks have passed with no results Lilly kept stating my case needed more work. She states the refund policy is only offered after 6 months. I do not believe in their work.
