We purchased GROW LIGHTS from Lightsout Electrical, monies were paid R1650.27 on the 11 March 2011 for 2 Grow Lights. The goods that they sent was completely damaged. I saw a commercial on TV for a free search, for who's searching for you. I went to the website and it was suppose to be free 7 day trial until you give them your information, and then they took out $191.40 and $155.40 from my account. I called them 2 minutes later and they would NOT refund my money and had already took it out of my account!! After my complaining, they finally said they would refund my money all except $18.96 and cancel my account. The owner of the website recently did an upgrade that changed the site. Users lost a lot of things that were enjoyed on the old site and more and more bugs keep popping up with the new upgraded site. They advertise full refunds/satisfaction. When I returned part of a shipment, they kept all of the taxes. I don't think this is legal, but they said "company policy" and would not budge. I thought I was purchasing the correct module for my dell computer. I paid for it and paid shipping for it. The unit arrived and was incorrect. I sent the unit back at my own expense and ordered and paid for the correct unit which duly arrived. I expected them to process a refund for the unit I returned. Oh no.
