I bought 6 MR16 lights through a retailer from this company to be used in track lighting. Dr LED promotes it's lights as lasting 50, 000 hours. All six of them failed within 6 months. Their failure was gradual. I spent over $130 on these lights, so I wrote Dr LED intending to return them in warranty. They refused, telling me I had purchased them longer than a year before. Placed an order for a fishing related item. The Company successfully charged my credit card in March, apparently shipped the product in March by FEDEX to the Post Office who then lost it. The NAFC now claims that the credit card was declined (not confirmed as of May 31st) aand refuse to replace the product. Online searches indicate that my placing an order with NAFC was ill advised. I'm a dentist and I had a patient ask me about this product that is sold on this website, so I researched the ingredients, user reviews, etc., and in my opinion the product is phony. The light is way too weak to do anything, and I believe it is included only for psychological reasons. The whitening appears to come from the zinc oxide pigment that is included in the product. I don't see anything else in it that would produce any significant whitening. This creates a nice initial impression, but in time it would wear off.
