The long of the short of it is after several times closing the account, over the course of three months multiple phone calls and numerous e-mails they continue to charge my Paypal account. Paypal was even worse when contacted. I bought items from this seller on 7th May 2011 and paid using Paypal. I have not received my goods. They do not answer telephone calls or emails. Trying to open a dispute with Paypal but as seller asks you to allow up to 28 days for delivery this leaves little time to get a dispute up within the 45 day deadline.
