They will lowball you with a price for the item you want. A day later you will get an "urgent" email asking you to call about your order. In my case they told me that the camcorder I ordered does not come with a battery or charger ! They then proceeded to try to sell me a battery and charger for another $140. Turns out that the camera comes with a battery and an AC adaptor that plugs into the camera itself which actuually charges the battery. No separate charger is needed.
