This site the worst site i have seen. They were so rude to me made that they made me feel little down the phone. I asked about them about purchasing a website for showcasing paintings that me and my group do for a hobby. They laughed at me a said that it was stupid wanting to showcase my paintings, and that i should sell them and make money, and he could help me sell them. I told them it was a hobby and i wanted to take my mind off the hospital as im ill and am recieving long treatments. The man said that if i was ill, then how would i make payments!! I placed an order for 8 pieces of a part costing $5.51 and checked out, paying for the order. This company then emails me "We apologize we are not abale to complete your order at this time. Reason:priceing errors found As a reult your order was automatically cancelled and your card was not charged. A.P.S " (mind the wrong spellings - its their words, not mine).

They SOUND friendly, but are very unprofessional and provide zero customer service. They held my check for 8 days, telling me it didn't arrive, then would not ship my order until 11 days after my check had CLEARED my bank. They would take no responsibility whatsoever for their screw-up, leaving me with no way to secure my order before I left the country for several months.

Was sold a "Lifetime Warranty" on this new heater for an additional $20 ($99 vs. $79) and found to my dismay that the "warranty" only brought the price of the heater down to what the competition sells it for anyway (after the factory warranty expires). Oh yes - they throw in a couple of bottles of worthless "waterbed conditioner" if you spring for the scam warranty - probably to get around legal issues of the scam.

We are receiving phone calls fromInfocom USA to pay for a CD that 1.) we didn't authorize the order and 2.) we haven't even received a CD. They call us and we tell them we didn't order a CD nor do we have one in our office please do not call here again and then we hang up. They call right back and tell us that we are rude to hang up the phone and that by hanging up the phone doesn't mean we are going to get rid of them. This is a ripoff site. They have you join for .99 euro whick is supposed to be about $1 US and then charge your credit card $127 dollars and you never get anything downloaded. They also haver a fraudulent credit card screen that looks like your bank card and asks enough information to steal your identity. I was directed to the site when my computer got a virus. I payed the 50 dollars and downloaded their program. A few weeks later, I started getting virus alerts again. I tried to contact the company by email to get support for this issue, since it was supposed to be a 3 month protection plan. They never responded to any of my emails, and when I tried to contact them by phone, the number is not in service.
They are obviously running some kind of fraud if their service doesn't do what is promised, and it is impossible to reach anyone at their company. read full review »

This site just takes your money and runs. I purchased hotfix stones in december and im still waiting on delivery even though they took the payment for them. Have contacted them on a number of occassions and never got a reply and they dont answer the phone either!
