"Deceptive Fraudulent Misrepresentation" I believe the FTC made them change their name from Warranty to protection. I did a media buy with Zedo, Inc and the terms of the media buy had a 24 hour out clause attached to it. In the industry it is a given that if/when an outclause is exercised the buy is canceled after the prescribed time period is over and the remaining funds are distributed back to the individual.
