I worked with Todd LoGiudice (which I am sure is pronounced low guidance) who was quite helpful in putting together a package deal for the appliances. I have tried cancelling my order - it was a trial offer but they never provided a proper trial period as the product was not delivered until weeks after the trial period date. I tried to speak to a manager and after going through 3 girls, they left me on hold - I was on the call for 30 minutes - and 20 of those minutes were on hold.
