We ordered an HP Laser toner that took over a week to get delivered when it was supposed to take 3 days. Then when we received it and placed it in the printer, the cartridge didn't work. We emailed the customer service email several times and never received a response. The phone number was giving an out of service message. This occurred in May and it is now July and we haven't received a replacement. We believe this must either be a company that is no longer in business or a one man operation. They do misleading advertising. First of all most of the products they advertise on their website is more expensive than their competitors like 4allpromos, superiorpromos, pens.com. Then they advertise price guarantee or double the difference. Does it make sense. I called them to give me the double the difference but they said it was not the same products.
