I was charged $38.95 on 8/12/09, another $38.95 on 8/15/09 and yet another $38.95 on 8/19/09. I have tried to contact this company to cancel any further shipments of this product. I have only been able to get a recorded message that loops back to the beginning no matter what option you press. The print out from the website when I originally ordered the free trial gave me no account number to access my account online. I have sent several emails to them and tried to contact them on AIM and Skype, as they can apparently be reached on both in accordance with what their website says, but I've had no luck.
