Mexican Connexion - internet company selling pottery products from Mexico I ordered two large jars off their website (Mexicanconnexion.com) from a picture posted on their site of the specific design. Prior to them being shipped, I again confirmed the specifics of my order. Their customer service was curt and unfriendly, the items took two months to arrive (after charging my credit card from the day of the order), and the incorrect design was shipped. After several emails, I was asked to return the items to them with no refund for the return fee, after their admitting that it was impossible to have my order made. My wife received a mailing indicating that she had won the Shopper's Voice Marketing Sweepstakes drawing of a "raffle" and enclosed supposedly Cashiers Checks in the amount of $26, 640 and $2, 960. The checks were drawn on the Twin Rivers Federal Credit Union in Massena, NY. I looked up their toll free number on line (888-414-0240) rather than the bogus number given on the "checks". The receptionist advised that they were aware of the scam and that the checks are fradulent. I have been charged by MVQ Shopping Essentials monthly without noticing it. Apparently the charges went back from Jan 2007. I noticed it this month due to Blizzard's Fraudlent charges into my account. I stopped the subscription immediately. This company took our money are ran!!! We paid down payment and within 3 weeks they had fired 2 of the people we were working with - they tossed us around. This company is bad on the inside and bad to their clients! We went looking for a different company right away after reading all the reviews. Instead we found www.kerstinfossen.com who owned, ran, and operates all of the services. She was brilliant. So I would recommend finding a company that does not toss you around. A$$holes charged me $29.95 for some kind of eFaxing service. Never heard of them. I disputed the charge with my bank and I'm sure I'll get my money back, but in the meantime, they had to inactivate my card. I have to wait a week for the new card to come. I recieved a letter FINAL NOTICE! that I was a quarterly winner of US$250, 000.00. Due to tax laws I needed to pay the taxes first and they would be added to my cheque and then the funds would be released to me from New York. There is no such company! Happened to me too. $8.51 each month sucked from my account. They change their name every 2 or 3 months and (price savers, price limbo, e savings club, My e savings club). Bottom line is this: They will only refund the last 2 withdrawals and claim you signed up for membership in an online shopping club. when you agreed to a deal for Acai Berry, a box was checked by default that you agreed to pay for a monthly membership.
