My feedback is on the more than poor quality customer service I received from my experience with shopping with Sears. My husband’s father died this past Sunday which had us make un unexpected trip to Atlanta. I already had the patio furniture set up to be delivered on Thursday (the day of the funeral). All I thought I was doing was ordering an informational cd, but Easy Google Profits or Easy Google Cash LLC took it upon themselves to use my account information for thier own purposes. I thought I was paying $1.97 for the cd, then they charged me $72.21 for who knows what reason on top of the original $1.97. Now I find out that they plan to take that charge out of my account every month. I also found out that they may have signed me up for other unauthorized service and gave those service my account information so those services can pay themselves without my approval. the 20th of March I ordered 3 car seats for children. I made a mistake on the first order, sent a mail and got the order cancelled and ordered the 3 car seats. It said it on their website that it would take 2-3 weeks before we would get it. I received the following email response from the Frew Group Inc. It appears they claim to deal with Online Investments. This raised a flag for me right away. They claim a salary of $2300 per month for 2-3 hours part-time work and as high as $3000. I ordered this product for a trial period and was charged $78 before I knew it. I didn't even get the product until 4-5 days after ordering it, how could I use it within 10 days? the company has an easy way to cancel order but should have given more time to trial it before automatically taking the money out of my checking account. This company is a complete and total ripoff for anyone wanting quality advertising products at a fair price. They have prices in their ads then during checkout the "set up" fees and highly inflated shipping costs crop up. I ordered some pens and magnets on the 9th of May.
