I recently ran across a string of fraudulent websites when I was searching for Christmas presents. Ultimate DVD Shop, a sister company of TV Series, that is an alias for DVD Donkey and TV Addicts. I placed an order and received absolutely no confirmation as I was guaranteed. After many emails and phone calls (which no one was in to pick up) I canceled my credit card to avoid any fraudulent charges. I renewed the subscription for the 2008 version. I have been having problems with the spamtool and their tech support has been giving me the run around since Oct.4, 2007. What few emails I get from them, they keep giving me the same solution to try. They tell me to send them a file report and I do and I never hear anything from them. I don't know if their getting the mail because of the problems I'm having with outgoing mail when using the spamtool. I told them I will not be renewing the subscription on Oct 2008.
