In October I applied for a credit card from Onyx Visa. I recieved no credit card but had "fees" taken from my checking account as Platinum Member. This occured 5 times...still no card. I stopped payment on any more debits by them. Dec. 12 was the last time they tried, I guess they got the message, but now It's next to impossible to get in touch for a refund. It's obvious this is a scam and I would like nothing more than to help put these creeps in jail. From what I have read, there are a lot of other people in the same boat from Onyx Visa. After a few days, I got an email from easy savers and i simply disregarded it assuming it was some spam mail. I notice they charged me 14.95$ for some membership. They said their info source was the same as mine and it could be anywhere from the order desk to on some truck. This company stole $169.57 from me and I have been unable to recover this amount even after filing a dispute with my credit card company. I ordered numerous satin nickel finished Baldwin locks from this company. They were all to be keyed alike. The locks and mechanisms have a solid warranty. The finish is not guaranteed. I ordered an item in early December and after several weeks I finally received an Email that stated that the item that I ordered was not in stock. The debit had already been made from my account. They stated in the Email that I could choose another item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have never been able to make any contact with them. I have mailed a letter to the company canceling my order and still no response. Told me I was approved for a $7000.00 loan. Told me I needed to put up $1700.00 to secure the loan. This is the same thing that Allstate Financial was doing. The online company charged the entire amount to the card instead of just using the remainder of the balance so Simon Mall decided not to pay anything toward my purchase. I've used thsales in the past like around a year ago but something seriously happened to their management. People are paying for services or game money and not receiving anything in return. I had paid them to lvl my character about 40 lvl's they got my account banned!Blizzard told me it was specifically for botting.. That they detected a botting program.
